【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)搜集有關(guān)血栓彈力圖預(yù)測(cè)靜脈血栓栓塞癥(venous thromboembolism,VTE)的臨床研究文獻(xiàn),評(píng)價(jià)血栓彈力圖在預(yù)測(cè)血栓發(fā)生事件中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pub Med,Central,Embase數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的相關(guān)臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)研究文獻(xiàn),并手工檢索相關(guān)參考文獻(xiàn),然后運(yùn)用QUADAS-2工具對(duì)納入文獻(xiàn)的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),最終對(duì)納入的研究進(jìn)行定性分析。結(jié)果:共納入研究15篇,涉及293名VTE患者。納入文獻(xiàn)的質(zhì)量及血栓彈力圖預(yù)測(cè)VTE的準(zhǔn)確性參差不齊。三分之二的研究顯示,血栓彈力圖參數(shù)的變化可以預(yù)測(cè)VTE的發(fā)生。結(jié)論:目前的研究顯示,血栓彈力圖預(yù)測(cè)VTE的準(zhǔn)確性差異較大。血栓彈力圖聯(lián)合血栓與止血的其它實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)指標(biāo)可能會(huì)提高預(yù)測(cè)VTE發(fā)生的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to collect the clinical literatures on thromboelastography in predicting venous thromboembolism (VTE) and evaluate the value of thromboelastography in predicting thromboembolism. Methods: the relevant clinical experimental literatures were searched by computer in Pub Meden Central Embase database, and the related references were retrieved manually. Then the quality of the included documents was evaluated by QUADAS-2 tool, and the qualitative analysis of the included research was carried out. Results: a total of 15 studies involving 293 patients with VTE were included. The quality of the literature and the accuracy of thromboelastography in predicting VTE were uneven. The 2/3 study showed that changes in thromboelastic parameters could predict the occurrence of VTE. Conclusion: the accuracy of thromboelastogram in predicting VTE is quite different. Thromboelastography combined with other laboratory markers of thromboembolism and hemostasis may improve the accuracy of predicting the occurrence of VTE.
