【摘要】：目的調查慢性病患兒的抑郁現(xiàn)狀并分析其影響因素。方法采用便利抽樣法選取2014年7—12月在沈陽市4家三甲醫(yī)院兒科住院的127例慢性病患兒為研究對象,采用一般情況調查表、慢性病兒童韌性量表、兒童抑郁量表進行調查。結果本組調查的127例慢性病患兒中,抑郁得分平均(13.63±8.87)分,其中存在抑郁癥狀32例(25.2%),不存在抑郁癥狀95例(74.8%);是否獨生子女、不同學習成績、家庭類型、母親文化程度、家庭關系的慢性病患兒的抑郁得分差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01或P0.05);分層回歸分析顯示,韌性中的個性特征可獨立解釋抑郁17.3%的總變異。結論慢性病患兒的抑郁程度處于較高水平,韌性水平是影響患兒抑郁程度的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of depression in children with chronic diseases and analyze its influencing factors. Methods the convenience sampling method was used to investigate 127 children with chronic diseases who were hospitalized in pediatrics of 4 third Class A hospitals in Shenyang from July to December 2014. The questionnaire of general situation, the toughness scale of children with chronic diseases and the scale of child depression were used to investigate. Results among 127 children with chronic diseases, the average score of depression was 13.63 鹵8.87, in which there were 32 cases with depression, 95 cases without depression and 74.8%. The difference of depression scores in children with chronic family relationship was statistically significant (P0.01 or P0.05), and stratified regression analysis showed that the personality characteristics in toughness could explain 17.3% of the total variation of depression independently. Conclusion the degree of depression in children with chronic diseases is at a high level, and the level of resilience is a factor influencing the degree of depression in children with chronic diseases.
