【摘要】：正腦卒中的發(fā)病率在我國呈逐年遞增的趨勢,研究表明55%—75%的存活者中遺留有功能障礙,85%的卒中患者在發(fā)病的開始就有上肢功能障礙[1],與下肢相比較,上肢的運動功能障礙更難恢復,而且會極大地影響日常生活,使卒中患者ADL能力低下。2015年,我科收治了53例腦卒中早期(病程均1個月)患者,通過采用任務導向性訓練(task-oriented training,TOT)的方法對部分早期患者進行了康復治療
[Abstract]:The incidence of positive stroke is increasing year by year in our country. The study shows that 55% to 75% of the survivors have left behind the dysfunction of upper extremity [1], and 85% of the patients with stroke have upper limb dysfunction at the beginning of the onset of stroke. Motor dysfunction in the upper extremities is more difficult to recover, and can greatly affect daily life, resulting in low ADL ability of stroke patients. In 2015, we admitted 53 patients with early stroke (1 month course of disease). By using task-oriented training tot (task-oriented training tot), some early patients were treated with rehabilitation.
