【摘要】：釔-90(~(90)Y)微球經(jīng)導(dǎo)管動脈放療栓塞術(shù)(TARE)治療不可手術(shù)切除的原發(fā)性和繼發(fā)性肝癌在歐美,尤其是美國已成為主要局部治療方法之一。大量研究證實TARE具安全性及有效性,其療效甚至優(yōu)于經(jīng)導(dǎo)管動脈化療栓塞術(shù)(TACE)。目前中國大陸暫無臨床可應(yīng)用的~(90)Y微球,但開展這項治療已勢在必行。由于~(90)Y微球產(chǎn)品特殊性,單靠國外進(jìn)口難以使該治療得以推廣。20世紀(jì)90年代國內(nèi)曾有研制~(90)Y微球的經(jīng)驗,為此應(yīng)集中力量,多方合作努力,使之能夠早日國產(chǎn)化,為廣大肝惡性腫瘤患者提供新的治療選擇。
[Abstract]:The treatment of unresectable primary and secondary liver cancer by transcatheter arterial radiotherapy and embolization (TAREE) has become one of the main local treatment methods in Europe and America, especially in America.A large number of studies have proved that TARE is safe and effective, and its efficacy is even better than transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACEE).At present, there are no clinical microspheres in mainland China, but it is necessary to carry out this treatment.Because of the particularity of the product, it is difficult to popularize the treatment by importing it from abroad alone. In the 1990s, there was experience in the research and development of this kind of microspheres in China. For this reason, we should concentrate our efforts and cooperate in various ways so as to enable the treatment to be made domestically at an early date.To provide a new treatment option for the majority of patients with liver cancer.
