【摘要】：目的驗證《經(jīng)鼻胃管喂養(yǎng)臨床實踐指南》的有效性和可行性。方法以渥太華證據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化模式為理論框架,從指南中篩選相關(guān)證據(jù),構(gòu)建新的鼻飼護理流程,在實施干預(yù)后,通過護士的鼻飼護理知識得分和對新流程的執(zhí)行率及患者的鼻飼并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況等來評價指南應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果護士鼻飼護理知識水平顯著提高(P0.05);護士對鼻飼護理新流程的執(zhí)行率達85.00%以上;與對照組相比,實驗組的鼻飼并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率降低,其中反流、誤吸的發(fā)生率顯著降低,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);實驗組的胃管移位和固定處皮膚受損發(fā)生率顯著降低,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論《經(jīng)鼻胃管喂養(yǎng)臨床實踐指南》在國內(nèi)的臨床情景下應(yīng)用具有一定的有效性、可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the Clinical practice Guide for Transnasogastric Tube feeding.Methods the Ottawa evidence conversion model was used as the theoretical framework, and the relevant evidence was selected from the guide to construct a new nasogastric nursing process.The effectiveness of the guidelines was evaluated by the scores of nurses' knowledge of nasogastric nursing, the rate of implementation of the new procedure and the incidence of nasogastric complications.Results the level of nursing knowledge in nasogastric feeding of nurses was significantly improved (P 0.05), the execution rate of the new nursing process of nasogastric nursing was more than 85.00%, the incidence of complications of nasal feeding in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, among which the incidence of reflux and aspiration was significantly decreased.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the incidence of gastric tube displacement and skin damage at fixed site in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion the clinical practice guide of transnasal gastric tube feeding is effective and feasible.
