【摘要】：目的探討延續(xù)護(hù)理干預(yù)用于活動(dòng)期類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者關(guān)節(jié)功能鍛煉的效果。方法將39例住院活動(dòng)期類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者按照時(shí)間順序分為干預(yù)組(19例)和對照組(20例)。兩組住院期間接受相同的關(guān)節(jié)功能鍛煉方法及健康教育指導(dǎo),對照組出院后給予常規(guī)護(hù)理指導(dǎo),干預(yù)組由延續(xù)護(hù)理小組利用微信平臺(tái)密切了解患者關(guān)節(jié)疼痛情況,指導(dǎo)規(guī)范服藥,根據(jù)病情進(jìn)行關(guān)節(jié)功能鍛煉并觀察效果。結(jié)果干預(yù)6周后,兩組壓痛和腫脹關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)、晨僵時(shí)間、機(jī)體功能評估量表(HAQ)、疼痛評分、紅細(xì)胞沉降率、28個(gè)關(guān)節(jié)疾病活動(dòng)度評分(DAS28)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論延續(xù)護(hù)理可提高類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者關(guān)節(jié)鍛煉的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on joint function exercise in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 39 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were divided into intervention group (n = 19) and control group (n = 20).The two groups received the same methods of joint function exercise and health education during hospitalization, the control group received routine nursing guidance after discharge, and the intervention group used WeChat platform to closely understand the patients' joint pain.Guide standard medicine, according to the condition of joint function exercise and observe the effect.Results after 6 weeks of intervention, the number of tenderness and swelling joints, morning stiffness time, body function assessment scale, pain score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and 28 joint disease activity scores were significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion continuous nursing can improve the effect of joint exercise in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
