【摘要】：目的為了更簡(jiǎn)便地測(cè)量腦卒中患者的健康信念水平,將Champion健康信念量表(the champion health belief model scale,CHBMS)中文版進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)化。方法對(duì)88例患者的CHBMS健康信念量表的完整中文版問卷進(jìn)行條目分析,并采用專家咨詢法進(jìn)行修訂并簡(jiǎn)化為健康信念簡(jiǎn)表(short form fealth belief model scale,SFHBMS),并對(duì)235例腦卒中患者問卷調(diào)查,采用SPSS 17.0及Mplus 7.0軟件檢驗(yàn)簡(jiǎn)表的信度和效度。結(jié)果簡(jiǎn)化后的量表的條目水平內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(item-level content validity index,I-CVI)平均為0.97,量表水平的全體一致內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(sale-content validity index/universal agreement,S-CVI/UA)和平均內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(sale-content validity index/average,S-CVI/Ave)分別為0.85、0.97;總量表的同質(zhì)性信度、分半信度、重測(cè)信度分別為0.835、0.779、0.811;驗(yàn)證性因子分析模型的常態(tài)化卡方值(χ~2/df)為1.642,比較擬合指數(shù)(comparative fit index,CFI)為0.939,Tucker-Lewis指數(shù)(tucker-lewis index,TLI)為0.926,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化殘差均方根(standardized root mean square residual,SRMR)為0.062,近似誤差平方根(root mean square error of approximation,RMSEA)為0.052,P=0.361,說明模型精確擬合數(shù)據(jù)。簡(jiǎn)表與完整版量表的效標(biāo)效度為0.956。SF-HBMS能區(qū)分不同文化程度患者的健康信念水平(t=-2.282,P=0.023),區(qū)分效度較好。結(jié)論 SF-HBMS具有較好的信度和效度,可用于測(cè)量腦卒中患者的健康信念水平。
[Abstract]:Objective in order to measure the health belief level of stroke patients more simply, the Chinese version of the champion health belief model scale was simplified. Methods the complete Chinese version of the CHBMS Health belief scale was analyzed in 88 patients. The method of expert consultation was used to revise and simplify it into a short form fealth belief model scaleSBS, and a questionnaire survey was conducted in 235 patients with cerebral apoplexy. SPSS 17.0 and Mplus 7.0 software were used to test the reliability and validity of the summary table. Results the average value of item level content validity index I-CVIwas 0.97, and the uniform content validity index of the scale level was sale-content validity index/universal agreement-S-CVI / UAA. The volume index of sale-content validity index / average / S CVI / Avewas 0.850.97, respectively.
