【摘要】：目的:了解老年住院患者壓瘡治療費(fèi)用情況及其影響因素,為控制壓瘡治療費(fèi)用,減輕患者經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),節(jié)約醫(yī)療資源提供參考依據(jù)。方法:采用回顧性調(diào)查分析法,搜集老年住院壓瘡患者的基本信息、護(hù)理記錄、費(fèi)用構(gòu)成情況,對(duì)基本信息進(jìn)行描述性分析,采用單因素分析和多元逐步回歸分析對(duì)影響壓瘡治療費(fèi)用的因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:122例老年住院患者壓瘡總醫(yī)療費(fèi)用為183356.5元,每例患者壓瘡醫(yī)療費(fèi)用為831.00(447.75,1461.25)元,其中換藥費(fèi)占?jí)函徔傎M(fèi)用70.43%,敷料費(fèi)占16.60%,氣墊床費(fèi)占12.68%,其他占0.29%�；顒�(dòng)能力、住院時(shí)間、壓瘡部位數(shù)是壓瘡治療費(fèi)用的主要影響因素(P0.05,P0.01),能解釋壓瘡治療費(fèi)用總變異的41.8%。其他影響因素包括壓瘡分期、飲食方式、入院時(shí)Braden評(píng)分。結(jié)論:壓瘡治療費(fèi)用受較多因素影響。臨床護(hù)士需正確評(píng)估傷口并選擇敷料,有效進(jìn)行壓瘡傷口換藥,對(duì)壓瘡高�；颊呒皦函徎颊呤褂脷鈮|床,縮短住院日,以控制壓瘡治療費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the cost of pressure sore treatment and its influencing factors in elderly inpatients, and to provide a reference for controlling the cost of pressure sore treatment, reducing the economic burden of patients and saving medical resources. Methods: retrospective investigation and analysis were used. Collect the basic information, nursing record, cost composition of senile patients with pressure sore, and analyze the basic information. Single factor analysis and multivariate stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the factors affecting the cost of treatment of pressure sore. Results the total medical cost of pressure sore was 183356.5 yuan in 122elderly inpatients, and 831.00 yuan per patient was 447.75.1461.25 yuan per patient. Among them, the cost of drug exchange accounts for 70.43% of the total cost of pressure sore, the cost of dressing accounts for 16.60,12.68% of the cost of air cushion bed, and the other 0.29.Ability of activity and length of stay, The number of pressure sore sites is the main factor influencing the cost of pressure sore treatment. It can explain 41.8% of the total variation of the total cost of pressure sore treatment. Other influencing factors include the stage of pressure sore, diet style, Braden score on admission. Conclusion: the cost of pressure sore treatment is affected by many factors. Clinical nurses should correctly evaluate the wound and choose dressing, change dressing effectively, use air cushion bed for pressure sore high risk patients and pressure sore patients, and shorten the hospital stay. To control the cost of pressure sore treatment.
