【摘要】：目的:探討以腸鳴音恢復(fù)為腹腔鏡結(jié)直腸癌術(shù)后早期進(jìn)食指征在臨床護(hù)理的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法:將我院行腹腔鏡結(jié)直腸癌術(shù)的60例患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法等分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,術(shù)后兩組患者均給予優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù),對(duì)照組以術(shù)后肛門排氣為進(jìn)食指征,觀察組以術(shù)后腸鳴音恢復(fù)為進(jìn)食指征,觀察兩組患者排氣時(shí)間、進(jìn)食時(shí)間、輸液時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間、住院費(fèi)用及血清白蛋白(Alb)、血紅蛋白(Hb)指標(biāo)變化情況。結(jié)果:護(hù)理后觀察組首次進(jìn)食時(shí)間、首次排氣時(shí)間、輸液時(shí)間及Alb、Hb均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),住院時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組(P0.05),住院費(fèi)用低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:以腸鳴音恢復(fù)作為腹腔鏡結(jié)直腸癌術(shù)后早期進(jìn)食指征能提高腹腔鏡結(jié)直腸癌根治術(shù)后護(hù)理質(zhì)量,可促進(jìn)患者術(shù)后胃腸功能恢復(fù)、縮短住院時(shí)間,減輕患者因長時(shí)間留置胃管帶來的痛苦,提高醫(yī)療資源使用率,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical nursing value of early food intake indication after laparoscopic colorectal cancer operation. Methods: 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. All the patients in the two groups were given high quality nursing intervention. The patients in the control group were treated with postoperative anal exhaust as the indication of food intake, and the patients in the observation group were treated with the recovery of bowel sound as the indication of eating. The time of exhaust, feeding, transfusion and hospitalization were observed in the two groups. Results: the first feeding time, the first exhaust time of the observation group after nursing, the change of the indexes of serum albumin Albbumin, hemoglobin and Hb.Results: after nursing, the observation group had the time of first feeding and the first time of exhaust. The infusion time and Alb#en0# HB were better than the control group (P 0.05), the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the hospitalization cost was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the recovery of bowel sound as an early indication of food intake after laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery can improve the root of colorectal cancer under laparoscopy. Nursing quality after treatment, It can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, shorten the hospitalization time, alleviate the pain caused by long time indwelling gastric tube, improve the utilization rate of medical resources, and be worth popularizing in clinic.
