【摘要】：目的運(yùn)用磁共振基于體素形態(tài)學(xué)分析(voxel-based morphometry,VBM)慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者早期腦灰質(zhì)體積改變,為臨床早期診斷及評(píng)估提供參考。方法運(yùn)用PHILIPS 3.0T MR對(duì)臨床確診為COPD患者18例及正常者30例進(jìn)行全腦三維T1加權(quán)成像,在Matlab2010b平臺(tái)運(yùn)用spm8及VBM8軟件對(duì)比分析兩組間灰質(zhì)體積差異。結(jié)果 COPD患者在右側(cè)顳下回、左側(cè)額眶回、右側(cè)海馬旁回、右側(cè)顳極、雙側(cè)尾狀核、雙側(cè)前運(yùn)動(dòng)皮層、左側(cè)緣上回、左側(cè)島葉灰質(zhì)體積明顯減小(Alphasim校正,體素100,P0.05)。結(jié)論 COPD患者有明顯灰質(zhì)改變,VBM技術(shù)可檢測(cè)組間灰質(zhì)體積差異,對(duì)臨床早期腦功能診斷與評(píng)估有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the early changes of gray matter volume in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (pulmonary) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) based on voxel-based morphometry. Methods PHILIPS 3.0T Mr imaging was performed in 18 patients with COPD and 30 normal controls. Results the difference of gray matter volume in the right inferior temporal gyrus, left frontal orbital gyrus, right para-hippocampal gyrus, right temporal pole, bilateral caudate nucleus, bilateral anterior motor cortex and left superior marginal gyrus in patients with COPD were analyzed by using spm8 and VBM8 software on Matlab2010b platform. The volume of gray matter in the left insular lobe was significantly reduced by Alphasim correction, and the volume of voxel was 100m P0.05.ConclusionVBM technique can be used to detect the difference of gray matter volume in patients with COPD, which is of significance for the early diagnosis and evaluation of brain function in patients with COPD.
