【摘要】：目的:探討早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜篩查的護(hù)理配合及影響散瞳效果的相關(guān)因素。方法:前瞻性分析132例在我院進(jìn)行視網(wǎng)膜篩查的早產(chǎn)兒,使用復(fù)方托吡卡胺散瞳,每次1滴,每5分鐘滴藥1次,右眼共滴藥3次,左眼共滴藥5次,末次滴藥后30 min記錄瞳孔直徑,對結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,觀察矯正胎齡和滴藥次數(shù)對散瞳效果的影響,并總結(jié)檢查前后的護(hù)理注意事項(xiàng)。結(jié)果:其中128例受檢兒瞳孔散大滿意,4例瞳孔散大不滿意。散瞳效果與矯正胎齡無明顯相關(guān)(P0.05);3次滴藥即可使絕大部分受檢兒瞳孔散大滿意。結(jié)論:散瞳前后的護(hù)理及生命體征的觀察是受檢患兒安全的重要保證;絕大部分受檢兒、僅需以復(fù)方托吡卡胺滴眼3次即可達(dá)到滿意散瞳要求。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the nursing cooperation of retinal screening of premature infants and the related factors affecting the effect of mydriasis. Methods: 132 cases of premature infants who underwent retinal screening in our hospital were treated with compound topiramine for mydriasis. The pupillary diameter was recorded 30 min after the last drop. The results were statistically analyzed. To observe the effect of corrected gestational age and the number of drops on the effect of pupil dilation, and summarize the nursing matters needing attention before and after examination. Results: 128 cases were satisfied with pupil dilatation. 4 cases were not satisfied with pupil dilation. There was no significant correlation between the effect of pupil dilation and corrected gestational age (P0.05). Conclusion: the nursing before and after pupil dilation and the observation of vital signs are the important guarantee for the safety of the tested children. In most of the tested children, the eye drops of compound topiramine can meet the requirements of mydriasis.
