【摘要】：目的探討圍術(shù)期不同護理干預(yù)模式對腮腺良性腫瘤患者的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法選取唐山市人民醫(yī)院(以下簡稱"我院")2012年10月~2013年9月頭頸外科收治的66例腮腺良性腫瘤患者,按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為實驗組33例和對照組33例,所有患者均接受手術(shù)治療,實驗組在圍術(shù)期給予經(jīng)我院改良后的護理干預(yù),對照組在圍術(shù)期給予傳統(tǒng)護理干預(yù)。比較兩組患者術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,干預(yù)前后抑郁自評量表(SDS)和焦慮自評量表(SAS)評分,平均住院時間、費用和護理滿意程度。結(jié)果實驗組患者發(fā)生并發(fā)癥情況稍低于對照組,但差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。干預(yù)前,兩組患者的SDS、SAS評分無明顯差異(P0.05);干預(yù)后,兩組患者的SDS、SAS評分均顯著下降,實驗組降低程度較對照組更顯著(P0.05);實驗組患者的平均住院時間顯著短于對照組,平均住院費用顯著少于對照組,護理滿意度顯著優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)我院改良的護理干預(yù)可緩解圍術(shù)期腮腺良性腫瘤患者負面情緒,減少住院平均時間和費用,提高患者對護理的滿意程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical application of different nursing intervention models in parotid benign tumor patients during perioperative period. Methods Tangshan people's Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") was selected. From October 2012 to September 2013, 66 patients with parotid benign tumors were treated in head and neck surgery. According to the random number table method, 33 cases were divided into experimental group (n = 33) and control group (n = 33). All the patients received surgical treatment, and the experimental group was given the improved nursing intervention in the perioperative period. The patients in the control group were given traditional nursing intervention during perioperative period. The incidence of postoperative complications before and after intervention the scores of self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) before and after intervention were compared and the average hospitalization time was compared between the two groups. Results the incidence of complications in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Before the intervention, the SDS of the two groups was lower than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in SAS score (P 0.05). After intervention, the scores of SAS in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the degree of decrease in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group (P 0.05). The average hospitalization time of the patients in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the average hospitalization cost was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion the improved nursing intervention in our hospital can relieve the negative emotion of parotid benign tumor patients during perioperative period and reduce the average hospitalization time and cost. Improve patients' satisfaction with nursing care.
