【摘要】：目的調(diào)查血液透析護(hù)士共情疲勞與工作投入現(xiàn)況,并對(duì)共情疲勞與工作投入進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。方法采用中文版共情疲勞簡(jiǎn)短量表和中文版工作投入量表對(duì)成都市15所醫(yī)院263名血液透析護(hù)士進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果血液透析護(hù)士共情疲勞總分為(41.77±19.45)分,工作投入總分為(30.57±10.30)分;共情疲勞與工作投入呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論血液透析護(hù)士的共情疲勞程度相對(duì)較低,共情疲勞越嚴(yán)重其工作投入水平越低。護(hù)理管理者應(yīng)關(guān)注血液透析護(hù)士的職業(yè)心理健康,采取干預(yù)策略降低血液透析護(hù)士共情疲勞,以有效提高其工作投入。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of empathy fatigue and work involvement of hemodialysis nurses. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 263 hemodialysis nurses in 15 hospitals in Chengdu by using the Chinese version of the brief scale for empathy fatigue and the Chinese version of the work engagement scale. The total score of empathy fatigue of hemodialysis nurses was (. 41.77 鹵19.45). The total score of work input was 30.57 鹵10.30; There was a significant negative correlation between empathy fatigue and work involvement (P 0.05). Conclusion the degree of empathy fatigue of hemodialysis nurses is relatively low. Nursing managers should pay attention to the occupational mental health of hemodialysis nurses and take intervention strategies to reduce empathy fatigue of hemodialysis nurses in order to increase their work involvement effectively.
