【摘要】：目的為治療失眠癥新方法即食欲素受體拮抗劑的深入研究及臨床運(yùn)用提供參考。方法通過(guò)web of knowledge、scifinder和pubmed等外文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)44篇并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié)。結(jié)果現(xiàn)有的治療方法包括認(rèn)知行為治療法(cognitive-behavioral therapy,CBT-I)和藥物治療兩大類。由于CBT-I法需花費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間和精力而藥物干預(yù)法存在許多不良反應(yīng),所以在臨床中運(yùn)用都受限。近年來(lái)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)食欲體系可調(diào)節(jié)睡眠-醒覺(jué)體系,食欲素拮抗劑是一類新型的治療失眠癥的藥物且副作用小,現(xiàn)已有大批量的食欲素受體拮抗劑用于失眠的研究。結(jié)論食欲素受體拮抗劑是治療失眠的一類新方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide a reference for the further study and clinical application of a new method for the treatment of insomnia, that is, orexin receptor antagonist. Methods through the web of knowledge, SciFinder and PubMed and other foreign language database access to the relevant literature 44 articles and to analyze and summarize it. Results the existing methods of treatment included two major categories: cognitive behavior therapy (cognitive-behavioral therapy, CBT-I) and drug therapy. Because the CBT-I method takes a lot of time and energy, the drug intervention method has many adverse reactions, so it is limited in clinical application. In recent years, it has been found that the appetite system can regulate the sleep wake system. Orexin antagonist is a new kind of medicine for treating insomnia and its side effects are small. Now a large number of orexin receptor antagonists have been used for insomnia research. Conclusion the orexin receptor antagonist is a new method for the treatment of insomnia.
