【摘要】:目的:隨著信息時(shí)代的飛速發(fā)展,信息素養(yǎng)已發(fā)展成為公民的基本素質(zhì)之一。護(hù)士的信息素養(yǎng)是其終身學(xué)習(xí)的先決條件和前提,直接制約著臨床護(hù)理質(zhì)量和護(hù)理專業(yè)的發(fā)展,本研究旨在建立適合護(hù)士群體的信息素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,明確護(hù)士的信息素養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以提高護(hù)士群體的信息素養(yǎng)。方法:本研究采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、訪談、問卷調(diào)查、德爾菲咨詢等研究方法,對(duì)現(xiàn)有信息素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行梳理與比較分析,明晰了構(gòu)建護(hù)士信息素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基本思路、框架結(jié)構(gòu)及依據(jù),建立了初步的護(hù)士信息素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并基于護(hù)士訪談法和德爾菲專家咨詢法對(duì)體系做出修正,最終構(gòu)建了護(hù)士信息評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。在構(gòu)建了護(hù)士信息素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了護(hù)士信息素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)況調(diào)查表,采用單純隨機(jī)抽樣法,對(duì)蘇州市各個(gè)地區(qū)不同背景的護(hù)士進(jìn)行實(shí)地問卷調(diào)查,驗(yàn)證體系。結(jié)果:(1)構(gòu)建了護(hù)士信息素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,該體系包涵了三個(gè)不同級(jí)別的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)項(xiàng),下一級(jí)別的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)項(xiàng)是上一級(jí)別的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)項(xiàng)的具體化,為遞進(jìn)式關(guān)系,該體系由4個(gè)一級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),8個(gè)二級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),45個(gè)三級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)組成。(2)將此體系應(yīng)用到實(shí)踐中,評(píng)價(jià)了護(hù)士信息素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,也驗(yàn)證了該體系的科學(xué)性與實(shí)用性。(3)通過對(duì)護(hù)士信息素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,得出護(hù)士在信息安全與道德方面的素養(yǎng)較高,但對(duì)信息的敏銳度以及信息的獲取、篩選、利用的能力存在著不足,尤其是信息創(chuàng)新能力較弱,總體來說,護(hù)士信息素養(yǎng)水平有待提高。結(jié)論:通過對(duì)護(hù)士信息素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建及應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了該體系的科學(xué)性、有效性、實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Objective: with the rapid development of the information age, information literacy has become one of the basic qualities of citizens. The information literacy and lifelong learning is the precondition and prerequisite, directly restricts the quality of clinical nursing and nursing professional development, the purpose of this study is to establish nurses' evaluation index system of information literacy, information literacy standards clearly to improve the information literacy of nurses, nurse groups. Methods: This study used literature research, interviews, questionnaire survey, Delphy consulting and other research methods, analyze and compare the combing of the existing evaluation indicators system of information literacy, clarify the basic ideas, the framework and basis of constructing the evaluation index system of information literacy of nurses, nurses and establishing the evaluation index system of information literacy, and based on the nurse Delphy interviews and expert consultation to make amendments system, set up the evaluation index system of nursing information. On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of nurses' information literacy, the questionnaire of nurses information literacy was designed, and a random sampling method was applied to carry out a questionnaire survey of nurses in different backgrounds and regions in Suzhou to verify the system. Results: (1) to construct the evaluation index system of information literacy of nurses, the system includes three different levels of evaluation indexes, the next level of evaluation index is on a level of the evaluation indexes for concrete, progressive relationship, the system consists of 4 first grade indicators, 8 two grade evaluation index, 45 level three indexes. (2) to apply this system to practice, to evaluate the status of information literacy of nurses, and to verify the scientificalness and practicability of the system. (3) through the research of the present situation of information literacy of nurses, the nurses in the high quality of information security and ethics, but the sensitivity of information and information acquisition, screening and utilization ability is insufficient, especially the information innovation ability is weak, the overall level of information literacy of nurses should be improved. Conclusion: through the construction and application of the evaluation index system of information literacy of nurses, the scientific, effective and practical of the system have been realized.
