車載變頻機(jī)電源控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)
[Abstract]:The on-board frequency converter power supply is a movable power distribution device, which can output alternating current with different frequencies to meet the demand of power supply. In this paper, the power control system of on-board frequency converter is mainly composed of microprocessor and its control circuit, programming computer and monitoring computer. It is a power generation and distribution system supplied by field electrical equipment. The system can control the power supply of four frequency conversion units individually or juxtaposed according to the load. In order to ensure the normal operation and safe power supply of the inverter control system, the system needs real-time accurate detection of the voltage and current of the power supply, the automatic switching of the power supply relay and the realization of overload protection and so on. The embedded distributed control system of vehicle frequency converter consists of one main control board, one main control panel and two separate control panels, which are divided into three control boxes through serial communication. The control board is equipped with the corresponding actuator to detect and control the switch quantity and to detect the analog quantity. The total number of analog signal detection in the system is 56, and the switch quantity detection and control are 144, among which 56 analog signal detection needs to realize overload protection for the corresponding switch output control. Both the control board and the control panel are designed with the fifth generation XC-2365 microprocessor of Infineon Company as the main control chip and the peripheral circuit is extended to form an embedded system. The main control panel is required to compile the corresponding starting mode according to the actual demand, and the power generation and distribution process can be completed automatically by the corresponding startup keys. The main control panel can compile and memorize 6 power generation and distribution startup modes. Control the relays in sequence. The system can also manually complete the generation and distribution process by the control keys on the sub-control panel. The interlocking mode between manual control and automatic control is adopted to ensure the safe operation of the system. In order to solve the problem that there is more analog quantity to be tested in the control system of vehicle frequency converter, a multichannel extended circuit for analog quantity detection is designed, and the embedded analog quantity detection program is compiled by remote calibration method to complete the measurement of multi-channel analog quantity. The calibration method has the characteristics of fast, simple and accurate, and is suitable for calibration and verification of industrial field analog measurement. The monitoring computer uses VB (Visual Basic) programming and serial communication with each control box. It can monitor and control the control system of the vehicle frequency converter and realize the remote calibration process of the main control board and the sub-control board analog quantity detection.
