一種判定多智能體系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)更新有序性的方法

【摘要】:多智能體模型的構(gòu)建可分為若干環(huán)節(jié),其中狀態(tài)更新規(guī)則往往被設(shè)定為同步狀態(tài)更新規(guī)則。然而,現(xiàn)實(shí)自然和社會(huì)系統(tǒng)中普遍存在的是異步狀態(tài)更新規(guī)則。已有文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)異步狀態(tài)更新規(guī)則下和同步狀態(tài)更新規(guī)則下的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程有著顯著區(qū)別,但目前尚實(shí)證或?qū)嶒?yàn)研究探索異步性的性質(zhì)。為此,基于Pearson相關(guān)系數(shù)定義了狀態(tài)更新序列間一致性度量指標(biāo),然后基于由隨機(jī)異步狀態(tài)更新規(guī)則產(chǎn)生的序列間一致性頻率分布,構(gòu)建了判定狀態(tài)更新規(guī)則有序性的方法。最后,將所構(gòu)建方法應(yīng)用于一組二階段任務(wù)更新實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),探索性分析了現(xiàn)實(shí)系統(tǒng)的異步狀態(tài)更新規(guī)則性質(zhì)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),大部分系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)更新規(guī)則具有隨機(jī)有序性。研究結(jié)論可幫助理解社會(huì)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程,同時(shí)對(duì)多智能體建模具有重要啟示。
[Abstract]:The construction of multi-agent model can be divided into several steps, in which state update rules are often set as synchronous state update rules. However, asynchronous state update rules are common in real-world and social systems. It has been found that there are significant differences between the asynchronous state update rules and the synchronous state update rules in the system dynamics process, but there are still some empirical or experimental studies to explore the nature of asynchronism. Therefore, based on Pearson correlation coefficient, the consistency measure index between state update sequences is defined, and then based on the frequency distribution of consistency among sequences generated by random asynchronous state update rules, a method to determine the order of state update rules is proposed. Finally, the proposed method is applied to a set of two-stage task update experiment data, and the nature of asynchronous state update rules of the real system is analyzed. The results show that the state update rules of most systems are random and ordered. The conclusions can help to understand the process of social system dynamics and have important implications for multi-agent modeling.
