【摘要】：針對(duì)缺乏有效的非完全失效故障(Loss of effect,LOE)可診斷性量化分析方法的現(xiàn)狀,本文提出了一種基于距離相似度的系統(tǒng)非完全失效故障的實(shí)際可診斷性評(píng)價(jià)方法.通過(guò)將狀態(tài)空間描述的動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)換為時(shí)間堆棧動(dòng)態(tài)模型,使故障的可診斷性評(píng)估分析問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為多元分布的相似度問(wèn)題.給出系統(tǒng)非完全失效故障可檢測(cè)性與可隔離性的相關(guān)定義,并對(duì)故障的可診斷性進(jìn)行量化.通過(guò)求取最小二乘解計(jì)算最小巴氏距離,增大了算法適用范圍.最后,通過(guò)仿真實(shí)例驗(yàn)證評(píng)價(jià)方法的有效性,并通過(guò)所提出的可診斷性評(píng)估算法求取非完全失效故障的最大可診斷效能系數(shù).
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of an effective quantifiable diagnostic analysis method for incomplete failure (loss of effect loe), a practical diagnostic evaluation method for incomplete failure of systems based on distance similarity is proposed in this paper. By transforming the dynamic system described by state space into a time stack dynamic model, the problem of fault diagnosability evaluation and analysis is transformed into the similarity problem of multivariate distribution. The definitions of detectability and isolability of incomplete failure faults are given, and the diagnosability of faults is quantified. The least square solution is used to calculate the minimum pasteurian distance, which increases the applicable range of the algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of the evaluation method is verified by a simulation example, and the maximum diagnostic effectiveness coefficient of incomplete failure fault is obtained by the proposed diagnostic evaluation algorithm.
