基于電容耦合的多導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的非接觸式心電監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)在硬質(zhì)印刷電路板構(gòu)建的電容電極基礎(chǔ)上,使用單導(dǎo)聯(lián)方式進(jìn)行心電監(jiān)測,且僅根據(jù)心率變化進(jìn)行心臟異常診斷,無法滿足當(dāng)前臨床診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn);陔娙蓠詈显,設(shè)計(jì)了一款多導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),將3個(gè)由導(dǎo)電織布構(gòu)成的柔性電容電極集成于椅座背部,用于獲取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)肢體導(dǎo)聯(lián)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和加壓單極肢體導(dǎo)聯(lián)a VR、a VL、a VF等6導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電信號(hào)。借由導(dǎo)電織布式柔性電容電極與人體表面較好的接觸效應(yīng),可以有效減小運(yùn)動(dòng)偽影的產(chǎn)生。通過與硬質(zhì)PCB電極輸出的心電波形相比,使用本系統(tǒng)的患者在移動(dòng)情況下輸出的心電波形保持相對(duì)平穩(wěn)狀態(tài),無明顯運(yùn)動(dòng)偽影。系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)了此新型多導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電監(jiān)測儀的有效性,不僅可以滿足個(gè)人日常心電監(jiān)測使用,而且適于長期動(dòng)態(tài)心電監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:The traditional non-contact ECG monitoring system based on the capacitive electrode constructed by hard printed circuit board uses single lead method to monitor ECG and only diagnoses heart abnormality according to heart rate change which can not meet the current clinical diagnostic standard. Based on the principle of capacitive coupling, a multi-lead ECG monitoring system is designed.
