燃爆彈跳驅(qū)動器仿真與試驗(yàn)研究(英文)

【摘要】:目的:研究燃爆彈跳驅(qū)動器熱-動力學(xué)模型,分析驅(qū)動器的輸出性能,并通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證驅(qū)動器熱-動力學(xué)模型的正確性。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):1.建立了燃爆彈跳驅(qū)動器熱-動力學(xué)模型,得到燃爆彈跳驅(qū)動器的相關(guān)輸出參數(shù)隨時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律;2.通過理論仿真與試驗(yàn)測試分析了驅(qū)動器的輸出性能。方法:1.根據(jù)對燃爆彈跳機(jī)器人工作過程分析,推導(dǎo)出燃爆彈跳驅(qū)動器工作過程中的動力學(xué)模型,并對鎖緊力與彈簧剛度參數(shù)進(jìn)行測試;2.根據(jù)熱-動力學(xué)模型推導(dǎo)出燃燒室內(nèi)壓力隨時(shí)間變化的函數(shù);3.通過試驗(yàn)測試驅(qū)動器驅(qū)動彈跳過程中壓力和位移隨時(shí)間的變化曲線,將測試結(jié)果與熱-動力學(xué)模型仿真的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)論:1.建立了燃爆彈跳驅(qū)動器的熱-動力學(xué)模型,得到了驅(qū)動器的輸出性能參數(shù);2.試驗(yàn)測試結(jié)果與仿真計(jì)算結(jié)果吻合,證明了驅(qū)動器熱-動力學(xué)模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the thermal-dynamic model of exploding ejection actuator, analyze the output performance of the actuator, and verify the correctness of the thermal-dynamic model by experiments. The innovation point is 1: 1. The thermo-dynamic model of the exploding ejection actuator is established, and the variation law of the output parameters with time is obtained. The output performance of the driver is analyzed by theoretical simulation and test. Method 1: 1. Based on the analysis of the working process of the explosion hopping robot, the dynamic model of the explosion hopping actuator is derived, and the parameters of locking force and spring stiffness are tested. According to the thermo-dynamic model, the function of pressure variation with time in the combustion chamber is derived. By testing the curves of pressure and displacement with time in the course of driving jumping, the test results are compared with the results of thermal-dynamic model simulation. Conclusion 1. The thermal-dynamic model of the exploding bouncing actuator is established, and the output performance parameter of the actuator is obtained. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results, and the correctness of the thermal-dynamic model is proved.
