天津大港發(fā)電廠機(jī)組煙氣排放信息監(jiān)控技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和工業(yè)化的提高,大氣污染越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,霧霾已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響了人民的身體健康、對(duì)人民的生活帶來(lái)了不便,所以環(huán)境問(wèn)題已經(jīng)受到了人們?cè)絹?lái)越多的關(guān)注,成為不得不面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。最近幾年,我國(guó)對(duì)于大氣污染的治理力度和治理經(jīng)費(fèi)逐年提高,但是效果并沒(méi)有我們想象的理想,對(duì)此人們已經(jīng)達(dá)成了以預(yù)防為主、防治結(jié)合的環(huán)境保護(hù)原則。如何更加有效地進(jìn)行機(jī)組煙氣排放的監(jiān)測(cè),已經(jīng)成為天津大港環(huán)保局管理者非常注重的問(wèn)題。根據(jù)這一需求,本文設(shè)計(jì)了發(fā)電廠機(jī)組煙氣排放信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),能夠監(jiān)控電廠排放的煙氣中煙塵、SO2、NO2、NO等是否超標(biāo),并短信報(bào)警。本文首先介紹了課題的研究背景,及煙氣排放信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀;隨后研究了發(fā)電廠機(jī)組煙氣排放信息監(jiān)控相關(guān)技術(shù)研究,包括脫硫DCS系統(tǒng)技術(shù)和CEMS系統(tǒng)技術(shù)研究和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸技術(shù)研究,包括性能指標(biāo)、檢測(cè)原理、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等;然后介紹了天津大港發(fā)電廠機(jī)組煙氣排放信息監(jiān)控技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀及其功能劃分;設(shè)計(jì)了天津大港發(fā)電廠機(jī)組煙氣排放信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),具體設(shè)計(jì)了其數(shù)據(jù)采集部分和數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控部分;包括其技術(shù)方案的設(shè)計(jì)并列出了煙氣排放測(cè)點(diǎn);還設(shè)計(jì)出了該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作量設(shè)備裝置以及該系統(tǒng)具體的安裝過(guò)程,其中包括安裝CEMS#1-4號(hào)接口機(jī)、SIS數(shù)采機(jī)安裝、數(shù)據(jù)采集服務(wù)器(子站)安裝、數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送服務(wù)器(電科院)安裝、數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送服務(wù)器(天津局)安裝、數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送服務(wù)器(華北局)安裝和隔離網(wǎng)閘設(shè)置具體方法;最后給出了天津大港發(fā)電廠機(jī)組煙氣排放信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),介紹了數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊,系統(tǒng)根據(jù)OPCServer數(shù)據(jù)采集機(jī)接口從DCS中采集實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù);測(cè)點(diǎn)信息查詢模塊,設(shè)計(jì)了各個(gè)機(jī)組的各種歷史數(shù)據(jù)的查詢界面,方便快捷;數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)顯示模塊,該系統(tǒng)將煙氣污染物排放數(shù)據(jù)以直觀的列表、柱形圖、趨勢(shì)圖顯示計(jì)算機(jī)屏幕上;在線監(jiān)測(cè)模塊,主要介紹了煙氣脫硝系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控畫面、煙氣系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控畫面和吸收系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控畫面;報(bào)警功能模塊,當(dāng)機(jī)組煙氣收集顯示排放結(jié)果超標(biāo)的時(shí)候或者儀器發(fā)生故障的時(shí)候,CEMS軟件會(huì)進(jìn)行報(bào)警。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of industrialization, air pollution is becoming more and more serious. Haze has seriously affected the health of people and brought inconvenience to people's life, so the environmental problems have been paid more and more attention. Become a problem that has to be faced. In recent years, the intensity and funds of air pollution control in our country have been improved year by year, but the effect is not the ideal that we imagined. People have reached the principle of environmental protection, which is based on prevention and control. How to monitor flue gas emissions more effectively has become a very important issue for the managers of Tianjin Dagang Environmental Protection Bureau. According to this demand, this paper designs a monitoring system of flue gas emission information for power plant units, which can monitor whether the smoke and dust in the flue gas emitted by the power plant exceed the standard or not, and alarm by short message. This paper first introduces the research background of the subject and the research status of flue gas emission information monitoring system at home and abroad, and then studies the relevant technologies of flue gas emission information monitoring for power plant units. Including desulphurization DCS system technology and CEMS system technology research and data transmission technology research, including performance indicators, detection principles, system design; Then it introduces the research status and function division of flue gas emission information monitoring technology in Tianjin Dagang Power Plant, designs the flue gas emission information monitoring system of Tianjin Dagang Power Plant. The data acquisition part and the data monitoring part are designed, including the design of the technical scheme and the smoke emission measurement points, the statistical workload equipment and the installation process of the system are also designed. These include installation of CEMS#1-4 interface machine, installation of data acquisition server (sub-station), installation of data transmission server (electric science institute), installation of data transmission server (Tianjin Bureau), The concrete method of installing and isolating network gate of data sending server (North China Bureau) is given. Finally, the realization of flue gas emission information monitoring system in Tianjin Dagang Power Plant is given, and the data acquisition module is introduced. According to the OPCServer data acquisition machine interface, the system collects real-time data from DCS; the query module of measuring point information designs the query interface of various historical data of each unit, which is convenient and fast; the real-time data display module, In this system, the emission data of flue gas pollutants are displayed on the computer screen with visual list, column chart and trend chart, and the on-line monitoring module mainly introduces the monitoring screen of flue gas denitrification system, the monitoring screen of flue gas system and the monitoring screen of absorption system. Alarm function module. CEMS software will alarm when the smoke collection shows the emission result exceeds the standard or when the instrument is out of order.
