精密伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:轉(zhuǎn)臺是一種較簡單的機電耦合設(shè)施,同時轉(zhuǎn)臺也是一種集電子技術(shù)和光電設(shè)備為一體的綜合設(shè)施。它在實驗室、國防建設(shè)、航空工業(yè)等眾多領(lǐng)域中具有十分重要的意義。轉(zhuǎn)臺是半實物的標定、仿真和測試中不能缺少的部件,其質(zhì)量的好壞與實驗的可靠性和可信度有密切的關(guān)系,尤其對提升實驗室操作能力和科技水平有著無可取代的作用。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,機械產(chǎn)業(yè)越來越精密化,部件的微型化與位移的微量化是以后的主要研究方向,其中準確的位置控制即精密定位技術(shù)顯得尤為關(guān)鍵。傳統(tǒng)的伺服控制設(shè)備通常使用微型計算機來完成位置的精準控制,因為其核心電路非常復(fù)雜,運算速度非常慢,所以開發(fā)功能合適、使用便利、定位精度高的控制平臺運動系統(tǒng)具有十分廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文提出了一種“PC+運動控制卡”的伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案,該系統(tǒng)以控制計算機、運動控制卡、主控機箱、轉(zhuǎn)臺設(shè)備為平臺。主要研究其在轉(zhuǎn)臺控制系統(tǒng)中的運用,并給出檢驗結(jié)果。為了完成設(shè)計計劃,本論文圍繞著伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理、硬件設(shè)計計劃、軟件設(shè)計計劃、測試結(jié)果這四方面展開。首先,簡要說明伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺控制系統(tǒng),并詳細分析系統(tǒng)的使用價值和研究背景,闡述國外與國內(nèi)的研究現(xiàn)狀,并具體分析伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理,提出系統(tǒng)將要完成的功能設(shè)想。其次,根據(jù)性能需求選擇合適的伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺系統(tǒng),并以伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)硬件平臺,根據(jù)要求完成各種控制功能模塊。緊接著介紹基于VC++開發(fā)平臺的軟件設(shè)計計劃,從轉(zhuǎn)臺控制軟件和數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件兩方面來設(shè)計,并優(yōu)化預(yù)測跟蹤算法,提高轉(zhuǎn)臺的控制速度與精度。最終,按照設(shè)計計劃與實用性能通過實驗的方法對伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺控制系統(tǒng)進行檢驗。根據(jù)實驗結(jié)果,表明控制系統(tǒng)達到設(shè)計構(gòu)想,符合設(shè)計的具體目標。總結(jié)工作內(nèi)容,就精密伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺控制系統(tǒng)的后續(xù)發(fā)展提出自己的建議。
[Abstract]:Turntable is a simple mechatronic coupling facility. At the same time, turntable is a kind of integrated facility which integrates electronic technology and optoelectronic equipment. It has very important significance in many fields such as laboratory, national defense construction, aviation industry and so on. Turntable is a kind of hardware-in-the-loop calibration, which is indispensable in simulation and testing. Its quality is closely related to the reliability and reliability of the experiment, especially it plays an irreplaceable role in improving the laboratory operation ability and the level of science and technology. With the rapid development of science and technology, the machinery industry is becoming more and more precise. The miniaturization of components and the micro-quantization of displacement are the main research directions in the future. Traditional servo control equipment usually uses microcomputer to complete precise position control, because its core circuit is very complex and the operation speed is very slow, so the development function is suitable and the use is convenient. The motion system of the control platform with high positioning accuracy has a very broad application prospect. This paper presents a design scheme of servo turntable control system of "PC motion control card". The system is based on control computer, motion control card, main control box and turntable equipment. This paper mainly studies its application in turntable control system and gives the test results. In order to complete the design plan, this paper focuses on the working principle, hardware design plan, software design plan and test results of the servo turntable control system. First of all, the servo turntable control system is briefly described, and the use value and research background of the system are analyzed in detail. The present research situation of the servo turntable control system is expounded, and the working principle of the servo turntable control system is analyzed in detail. The functional assumption of the system to be completed is put forward. Secondly, the servo turntable system is selected according to the performance requirement, and based on the servo turntable system, all kinds of control function modules are completed according to the requirements. Then the software design plan based on VC development platform is introduced, which designs the turntable control software and data processing software, and optimizes the predictive tracking algorithm to improve the control speed and precision of the turntable. Finally, the servo turntable control system is tested according to the design plan and practical performance. The experimental results show that the control system achieves the design conception and accords with the design target. This paper summarizes the contents of the work and puts forward some suggestions for the following development of the precision servo turntable control system.
