【摘要】：用戶接受度的高低是評(píng)價(jià)助老機(jī)器人的重要指標(biāo),而助老機(jī)器人行為交互的設(shè)計(jì)決定了用戶接受度的高低。但是目前對(duì)于助老機(jī)器人行為交互的設(shè)計(jì)方法和評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究較少。本文從交互的角度,結(jié)合模糊數(shù)學(xué)、感性工程學(xué)、認(rèn)知心理學(xué)、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù),提出了一套進(jìn)行助老機(jī)器人行為交互設(shè)計(jì)的方法、一套對(duì)助老機(jī)器人行為交互設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的方法,并對(duì)所提出的方法進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)進(jìn)行老年人用戶研究,調(diào)研老年人護(hù)理情境、了解用戶需求,提出了一套老年人行為心理推導(dǎo)的方法。(2)應(yīng)用PCN圖對(duì)目前人類護(hù)工的護(hù)理交互結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,提出了一種幫助設(shè)計(jì)師進(jìn)行助老機(jī)器人角色、任務(wù)規(guī)劃的助老機(jī)器人交互結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法;借助虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)(3Ds max三維動(dòng)畫表現(xiàn))技術(shù),制定一套幫助設(shè)計(jì)師實(shí)現(xiàn)助老機(jī)器人行為交互設(shè)計(jì)表現(xiàn)的方法。(3)從用戶體驗(yàn)的角度,參考感性工程學(xué)并結(jié)合模糊數(shù)學(xué)、認(rèn)知心理學(xué)、老年人護(hù)理知識(shí),為助老機(jī)器人的行為交互設(shè)計(jì)擬定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。擬定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的量化公式、闡述所涉及參數(shù)的相互關(guān)系,制定一套對(duì)助老機(jī)器人行為交互設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的方法。(4)對(duì)文章所提出的方法進(jìn)行實(shí)例應(yīng)用、實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,并進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納。
[Abstract]:The level of user acceptance is an important index to evaluate the aging robot, and the design of behavior interaction of the robot determines the level of user acceptance.However, there are few researches on the design and evaluation of behavioral interaction of assisted robots.From the angle of interaction, combining fuzzy mathematics, perceptual engineering, cognitive psychology and virtual reality technology, this paper puts forward a set of interactive design methods for the behavior of aging robot.A set of methods to evaluate the interactive design of the behavior of the aging robot is presented and the proposed method is applied.The main contents of this study are as follows: (1) carry out the research on the elderly users, investigate the nursing situation of the elderly, understand the needs of the users, put forward a set of methods of behavioral and psychological derivation of the elderly. (2) analyze the nursing interaction structure of the current human nursing workers by using the PCN diagram.This paper presents an interactive structure design method for helping designers to carry out role and task planning of helping the elderly robot, using virtual reality 3Ds max 3D animation representation technology.Develop a set of methods to help designers achieve behavioral interaction design performance of assisted robots. From the perspective of user experience, we refer to perceptual engineering and combine fuzzy mathematics, cognitive psychology, and nursing knowledge for the elderly.The evaluation index is proposed for the behavioral interaction design of the aging robot.The quantitative formula of evaluation index is drawn up, the relationship of parameters involved is expounded, and a set of methods for evaluating the interactive design of behavior of assisted robot is developed. The method proposed in this paper is applied to an example, and the experimental test is carried out.And summarized and concluded.
