【摘要】:在火力發(fā)電機(jī)組的正常運(yùn)行中,鍋爐起著很重要的作用,為防止自然水中的雜質(zhì)與離子引起鍋爐管壁的積鹽、腐蝕、結(jié)垢等,配置了化學(xué)車(chē)間對(duì)化學(xué)水進(jìn)行凈化處理,同時(shí)隨著現(xiàn)在機(jī)組參數(shù)和容量的劇增,火電廠化學(xué)水處理設(shè)備發(fā)生了較大的變化,對(duì)化學(xué)水處理控制提出了更高的要求,因此良好的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)既可以保證鍋爐補(bǔ)給水處理設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行,同時(shí)還能保證補(bǔ)給水的質(zhì)量,在火力發(fā)電機(jī)組的安全運(yùn)行中進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)性的監(jiān)控,避免出現(xiàn)不必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。化學(xué)水處理是火電廠正常運(yùn)行開(kāi)展的核心基礎(chǔ),為了更好的提高火電廠日常安全運(yùn)作,除鹽進(jìn)水、超濾運(yùn)行、反滲透出水、陰陽(yáng)床及混床的進(jìn)出水等每一步過(guò)程都需要化學(xué)水處理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)管和控制,本文以河北大唐國(guó)際豐潤(rùn)熱電有限責(zé)任公司一期工程兩臺(tái)國(guó)產(chǎn)300MW亞臨界參數(shù)燃煤供熱機(jī)組為例,主要將PLC控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用到火電廠鍋爐化學(xué)水處理系統(tǒng)中,該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)置結(jié)合了觸摸屏技術(shù),對(duì)管網(wǎng)壓力有了更好的保護(hù),延長(zhǎng)了閥門(mén)的使用壽命,提高了火電廠化學(xué)水處理控制系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化水平,對(duì)整個(gè)火電廠安全穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行也有著重大的意義。具體內(nèi)容如下:首先,提出本文選題的背景和意義,通過(guò)目前我國(guó)火電廠化學(xué)水處理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究的現(xiàn)狀分析,指出化學(xué)水處理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì),分析出本文應(yīng)用PLC監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的可行性。其次,提出化學(xué)水處理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,這是本文研究的重點(diǎn),包括PLC系統(tǒng)軟件、硬件平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì),PLC控制能夠進(jìn)行自動(dòng)監(jiān)控化學(xué)水的處理,從而促進(jìn)化學(xué)水處理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。然后,設(shè)計(jì)了化學(xué)水流量自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng),通過(guò)先進(jìn)的觸摸屏設(shè)計(jì),使控制系統(tǒng)更加便捷操作,在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中,化學(xué)水流量自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)不僅提高了設(shè)備的安全可靠運(yùn)行還節(jié)約了廠用電提高了電廠運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。最后,對(duì)火電廠PLC監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在化學(xué)水處理系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用做出總結(jié),分析出本文研究的化學(xué)水處理PLC監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際火電廠中的應(yīng)用展望,對(duì)日后化學(xué)水處理PLC監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的完善研究打下基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The boiler plays an important role in the normal operation of the thermal power generating set. In order to prevent the impurities and ions in the natural water from causing salt accumulation, corrosion and scaling of the boiler tube wall, a chemical workshop is configured to purify and treat the chemical water. At the same time, with the rapid increase of unit parameters and capacity, the chemical water treatment equipment of thermal power plant has undergone great changes, which puts forward higher requirements for chemical water treatment control. Therefore, a good monitoring system can not only guarantee the normal operation of boiler recharge water treatment equipment, but also guarantee the quality of recharge water. To avoid unnecessary economic losses, chemical water treatment is the core foundation for the normal operation of thermal power plants. In order to better improve the daily safe operation of thermal power plants, desalination influent, ultrafiltration operation and reverse osmosis effluent, The supervision and control of chemical water treatment monitoring system are needed in every step of the process of yin-yang bed and mixed bed. This paper takes two domestic 300MW subcritical parameter coal-fired heating units in the first phase project of Hebei Datang International Fengrun Thermal Power Co., Ltd as an example. The PLC control system is mainly applied to the chemical water treatment system of boiler in thermal power plant. The installation of the system combines the touch screen technology, which has better protection to the pipe network pressure and prolongs the service life of the valve. The optimization level of chemical water treatment control system in thermal power plant is improved, which is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the whole thermal power plant. The specific contents are as follows: firstly, the background and significance of this paper are put forward. Based on the analysis of the current situation of chemical water treatment monitoring system in thermal power plants in China, this paper points out the current development and trend of chemical water treatment monitoring system, and analyzes the feasibility of applying PLC monitoring system in this paper. The design scheme of chemical water treatment monitoring system is put forward, which is the focus of this paper, including the design of PLC system software and hardware platform, which can automatically monitor the treatment of chemical water. So as to promote the design and realization of chemical water treatment monitoring system. Then, the automatic regulation system of chemical water flow is designed. Through the advanced touch screen design, the control system can be operated more conveniently and in actual operation. The automatic regulation system of chemical water flow not only improves the safe and reliable operation of the equipment, but also saves the power consumption and improves the economy of the power plant. Finally, the application of the PLC monitoring system in the chemical water treatment system of the thermal power plant is summarized. The application prospect of chemical water treatment PLC monitoring system studied in this paper in actual thermal power plant is analyzed, which will lay a foundation for the improvement of chemical water treatment PLC monitoring system in the future.
