【摘要】：為提高聲發(fā)射檢測(cè)中信號(hào)采集的質(zhì)量,以實(shí)現(xiàn)可靠的損傷識(shí)別,采用數(shù)值模擬方法研究混凝土構(gòu)件中開裂損傷與聲發(fā)射信號(hào)之間的定量關(guān)系。通過(guò)對(duì)信號(hào)的波形分析得到信號(hào)的傳播特性,以確保信號(hào)清晰、穩(wěn)定為原則,確定傳感器的安裝準(zhǔn)則,包括避開圣維南區(qū)域、避開不合理方位、盡量靠近聲源等。同時(shí)明確當(dāng)發(fā)生較大程度開裂時(shí),傳感器位置的影響可忽略。該研究可為實(shí)際聲發(fā)射檢測(cè)中傳感器的安置和聲發(fā)射信號(hào)的損傷診斷提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of signal acquisition in acoustic emission detection and to realize reliable damage identification, The quantitative relationship between crack damage and acoustic emission signal in concrete members is studied by numerical simulation. The propagation characteristics of the signal are obtained by analyzing the waveform of the signal in order to ensure that the signal is clear and stable. Determine the installation criteria of the sensor, including avoiding the San Venan area, avoiding the unreasonable location, as close as possible to the sound source, etc. At the same time, it is clear that when a large degree of cracking occurs, The influence of sensor position can be neglected. This study can provide a theoretical basis for sensor placement and acoustic emission signal damage diagnosis in practical acoustic emission detection.
