基于非線性跟蹤微分器的編碼器數(shù)據(jù)采集應用

【摘要】:針對某望遠鏡轉(zhuǎn)臺使用的SSI接口絕對式編碼器,提出基于FPGA讀取編碼器信號的方案,并給出非線性跟蹤微分器的測速濾波方法,同時采用預報補償?shù)姆椒ń鉀Q濾波后的相位延遲問題。根據(jù)讀取到的編碼器位置信息,能夠準確快速地估計出速度值,濾除信號中的隨機噪聲干擾。該方案不依賴對象模型,算法簡單,調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù)少,計算量小,易于在工程中實現(xiàn)。通過仿真分析和實驗驗證表明,該方案能夠準確讀取絕對式編碼器碼值,根據(jù)碼值信息估計速度信息,轉(zhuǎn)臺以0.05(°)/s轉(zhuǎn)動時,速度波動方差降低了3.46(″)/s,改善了低速運行的平穩(wěn)性。實驗證明了該方法的準確性和有效性,具有良好的使用價值。
[Abstract]:For the absolute encoder with SSI interface used in a telescope turntable, the scheme of reading encoder signal based on FPGA is proposed, and the filtering method of nonlinear tracking differentiator is given. At the same time, the problem of phase delay after filtering is solved by the method of prediction compensation. According to the position information of encoder read, the velocity value can be estimated accurately and quickly, and the random noise interference in the signal can be filtered. The scheme is independent of object model. The algorithm is simple, the adjustment parameter is less, the calculation is small, and it is easy to be realized in engineering. The simulation analysis and experimental verification show that the scheme can accurately read the code value of the absolute encoder, and estimate the speed information according to the code value information. When the turntable rotates at 0.05 (擄/ s), the variance of velocity fluctuation decreases by 3.46 ("/ s), which improves the smoothness of low speed operation. The experimental results show that the method is accurate and effective and has good practical value.
