【摘要】:在我們的生活中,各個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展都離不開運(yùn)輸業(yè)的協(xié)作,而運(yùn)輸裝備的發(fā)展關(guān)系著整個(gè)運(yùn)輸業(yè)的前景。隨著生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)運(yùn)輸裝備有了更高的要求,其中運(yùn)輸裝備的安全性是人們最關(guān)心的問題之一。利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)和通信技術(shù)不僅能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)運(yùn)輸裝備的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和數(shù)據(jù)同步,對(duì)其進(jìn)行在線實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,讓用戶更加直觀地了解運(yùn)輸裝備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)等信息,減小安全隱患,從而提高運(yùn)輸裝備的安全性。而且能為遠(yuǎn)程售后服務(wù)提供重要工具,降低售后服務(wù)成本,同時(shí)還可以為裝備制造商提供了多樣本實(shí)時(shí)工況數(shù)據(jù),使制造企業(yè)可以根據(jù)用戶實(shí)際需求不斷改進(jìn)、提升產(chǎn)品。本文完成了運(yùn)輸裝備遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。該遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)囕v、船舶、機(jī)車等運(yùn)輸裝備進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控,包括運(yùn)輸裝備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、數(shù)據(jù)流、所在位置等,并能夠根據(jù)用戶需求實(shí)現(xiàn)特定的遠(yuǎn)程控制功能。該運(yùn)輸裝備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由數(shù)據(jù)終端、服務(wù)器端通信系統(tǒng)和監(jiān)控中心三部分組成。數(shù)據(jù)終端模塊負(fù)責(zé)裝備的數(shù)據(jù)采集與發(fā)送,采用ARM嵌入式處理器MC9S08DZ60芯片及相關(guān)電路進(jìn)行了硬件設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)終端的通信協(xié)議和數(shù)據(jù)處理等功能進(jìn)行了軟件設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)終端在系統(tǒng)中的通信功能。服務(wù)器端的通信系統(tǒng)主要負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)的接收、解析和發(fā)送。它結(jié)合了MFC框架、Windows Socket流式套接字、IOCP完成端口、WCF等技術(shù)。當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)終端通過GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)送的數(shù)據(jù)到達(dá)遠(yuǎn)程服務(wù)器時(shí),服務(wù)器端的MFC數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行接收、解析并將數(shù)據(jù)傳給WCF服務(wù)(包括WCF1和WCF2),WCF1服務(wù)將數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)到數(shù)據(jù)庫中,同時(shí)將其中一部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)傳給WCF2服務(wù),WCF2服務(wù)再將數(shù)據(jù)直接顯示到用戶終端(web頁面,即監(jiān)控中心),以減少用戶終端對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫的訪問量。監(jiān)控中心是最終面向用戶的,它結(jié)合ASP.NET SignalR控件和MVC模式等,向用戶提供了一個(gè)圖形化、動(dòng)態(tài)化的雙向程序界面,管理員可以根據(jù)自己權(quán)限來行使自己的權(quán)利。經(jīng)過測(cè)試,本系統(tǒng)可以監(jiān)控運(yùn)輸裝備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)等信息,并且可以實(shí)時(shí)地通過Web頁面展示給用戶。
[Abstract]:In our life, the development of various industries can not be separated from the cooperation of the transport industry, and the development of transport equipment is related to the prospects of the entire transport industry. With the improvement of living standards. The security of transportation equipment is one of the most concerned problems. The use of network and communication technology can not only realize the remote monitoring and data synchronization of transportation equipment. On-line real-time monitoring enables users to more intuitively understand the operational status of transport equipment and other information to reduce security risks. In order to improve the safety of transport equipment, and can provide an important tool for remote after-sales service, reduce the cost of after-sales service, but also provide equipment manufacturers with multi-sample real-time operating data. This paper completes the design and implementation of the remote monitoring system for transportation equipment. The remote monitoring system can be used for vehicles and ships. Locomotives and other transport equipment to carry out real-time remote monitoring, including the operation of transport equipment, data flow, location and so on. And can realize the specific remote control function according to the user's demand. The monitoring system of the transportation equipment is made up of the data terminal. The data terminal module is responsible for the data acquisition and transmission of the equipment. The ARM embedded processor MC9S08DZ60 chip and related circuits are used to design the hardware, and the software is designed according to the communication protocol and data processing function of the data terminal. The communication function of the data terminal in the system is realized. The communication system on the server is mainly responsible for receiving, parsing and sending the data. It combines the MFC framework. The Windows Socket streaming socket is used to complete the port and other technologies. When the data sent by the data terminal over the GPRS network reaches the remote server. The server-side MFC data acquisition module receives the data, parses and transmits the data to the WCF services (including WCF1 and WCF2 / WCF1 services) to store the data in the database. At the same time, some of the data is passed to the WCF2 service, WCF2 service, and then the data is displayed directly to the user terminal web page, that is, the monitoring center. In order to reduce the user terminal access to the database. The monitoring center is ultimately user oriented, it combines the ASP.NET SignalR control and MVC mode to provide a graphical user. Dynamic two-way program interface, the administrator can exercise their rights according to their own authority. After testing, the system can monitor the operation status of transportation equipment and other information. And can be displayed to the user through the Web page in real time.
