【摘要】:目前國內(nèi)連續(xù)管檢測監(jiān)控技術(shù)一直依賴進口,與國產(chǎn)設(shè)備配套性差,嚴(yán)重影響現(xiàn)場作業(yè)的安全性與作業(yè)效率,故加速連續(xù)管檢測監(jiān)控技術(shù)的國產(chǎn)化勢在必行。在進行大量文獻調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,首先介紹了國內(nèi)外不同連續(xù)管檢測監(jiān)控技術(shù)的功能及其特點;并從作業(yè)參數(shù)實時采集系統(tǒng)、連續(xù)管在線檢測系統(tǒng)、實時監(jiān)控與處置系統(tǒng)和井下測控系統(tǒng)4個方面對比分析了國內(nèi)外連續(xù)管檢測監(jiān)控技術(shù),最后針對該技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向給出了建議:國內(nèi)作業(yè)參數(shù)實時采集系統(tǒng)應(yīng)實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、顯示和存儲,并能規(guī)范管理數(shù)據(jù);連續(xù)管在線檢測系統(tǒng)需實現(xiàn)連續(xù)管缺陷、變形與壁厚減薄數(shù)據(jù)的采集、顯示和存儲,并能實現(xiàn)連續(xù)管缺陷的連續(xù)跟蹤與分析;國內(nèi)連續(xù)管軟件技術(shù)應(yīng)初步集成上述兩方面,并建立可視化界面,實時監(jiān)測作業(yè)過程并給出報警提示;井下測控系統(tǒng)方面應(yīng)先加快相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)的研究,再初步實現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)的國產(chǎn)化。研究成果對國內(nèi)連續(xù)管檢測監(jiān)控技術(shù)的完善和發(fā)展有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present, domestic continuous tube inspection and monitoring technology has been relying on imports, and poor matching with domestic equipment, seriously affecting the safety and efficiency of on-site operations. Therefore, it is imperative to accelerate the localization of continuous tube inspection and monitoring technology. On the basis of a lot of literature research, this paper introduces the functions and characteristics of different continuous tube detection and monitoring technology at home and abroad. This paper also compares and analyzes the domestic and foreign continuous pipe detection and monitoring technology from four aspects: the real-time collection system of operation parameters, the on-line detection system of continuous tube, the real-time monitoring and disposal system and the underground measuring and controlling system. Finally, some suggestions are given for the development of the technology: the real-time data acquisition system should realize the data acquisition, display and storage, and can standardize the management of data; The continuous tube on-line detection system needs to collect, display and store the data of the continuous tube defect, deformation and wall thickness reduction, and can realize the continuous tracking and analysis of the continuous tube defect. The domestic continuous tube software technology should integrate the above two aspects preliminarily and establish a visual interface to monitor the operation process in real time and give an alarm warning. The research on downhole measurement and control system should speed up the research of relevant basic technology first, then preliminarily realize the localization of the system. The research results have certain reference significance for the improvement and development of domestic continuous tube detection and monitoring technology.
