【摘要】：針對冷連軋生產(chǎn)過程中現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)采集與分析系統(tǒng)的不足,結(jié)合某1450 mm五機架冷連軋機組儀表配置,提出了一種冷連軋機帶鋼段同步數(shù)據(jù)的建立方法.該方法主要包括快照數(shù)據(jù)建立和同步數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建兩個過程,可以將帶鋼軋制過程中實時采集的實測軋制參數(shù)映射到成品鋼卷的長度上,通過同步數(shù)據(jù)可以查看每卷帶鋼在任意長度上的軋制數(shù)據(jù).本文所提出的帶鋼段同步數(shù)據(jù)的建立方法已投入到某1450 mm冷連軋機組生產(chǎn)中,自投入運行后控制系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,為快速診斷生產(chǎn)故障、分析成品鋼卷質(zhì)量提供了有力的手段.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the shortage of existing data acquisition and analysis system in cold tandem rolling production process , a method for establishing synchronous data of strip steel section of cold continuous rolling mill is put forward in combination with the instrument configuration of a 1450 mm five - frame cold tandem rolling mill . The method mainly includes two processes of snapshot data establishment and synchronous data construction . The method for establishing the synchronous data of strip steel section has been put into the production of a 1450 mm cold tandem rolling mill , and the control system is stable after being put into operation and provides a powerful means for rapid diagnosis and production failure and analysis of the quality of finished steel coil .
