【摘要】:發(fā)展無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為國(guó)家的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),相關(guān)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)被國(guó)家重點(diǎn)扶持。433MHz作為國(guó)內(nèi)常用的無(wú)線(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集網(wǎng)絡(luò)工作頻段,被廣泛應(yīng)用在抄表行業(yè)中。但無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)固有的能耗較大,網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜,受周遭環(huán)境影響較大等缺陷,限制了其應(yīng)用范圍。本文設(shè)計(jì)的無(wú)線(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)是基于TI公司CC1110射頻芯片以及TI公司的SimpliciTI協(xié)議,本文首先完成無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)中節(jié)點(diǎn)的硬件原理圖設(shè)計(jì)和PCB電路板制作,此硬件包括電源管理,JTAG接口電路,射頻等模塊,采用核心板和底板相分離的PCB設(shè)計(jì)方式。本文通過(guò)對(duì)上述電路進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析后,借助SmartRF studio軟件測(cè)試通信質(zhì)量,如在不同功率下的傳輸數(shù)據(jù)的有效距離,在同一功率下的數(shù)據(jù)丟包率,正確率等參數(shù),測(cè)試表明,電路具有良好的射頻參數(shù),同時(shí)也對(duì)CC1110芯片各種模式下的電能消耗做了實(shí)際的測(cè)試,證明滿(mǎn)足低功耗的需求。再次,本文借鑒了 SimpliciTI協(xié)議的網(wǎng)絡(luò)特點(diǎn)和拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),提出了一種基于SimpliciTI協(xié)議的串狀網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。在該結(jié)構(gòu)中通過(guò)對(duì)不同的節(jié)點(diǎn)分別下載不同的程序,分別實(shí)現(xiàn)終端節(jié)點(diǎn)信息采集和發(fā)送,路由節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā),以及數(shù)據(jù)中心接受數(shù)據(jù)的功能。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)低功耗的需求,終端節(jié)點(diǎn)采用休眠-喚醒的傳感器網(wǎng)路低功耗工作模式。本文將該系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用在冬季小區(qū)住戶(hù)室溫采集中,依據(jù)應(yīng)用環(huán)境的特殊性,設(shè)計(jì)合適的節(jié)點(diǎn)放置和路由規(guī)劃,通過(guò)測(cè)溫模塊定時(shí)采集溫度信息,發(fā)送到始終處于工作狀態(tài)的路由節(jié)點(diǎn)或者數(shù)據(jù)中心,在上位機(jī)上顯示和存儲(chǔ)。此外上位機(jī)還具有住戶(hù)信息查詢(xún),住戶(hù)歷史溫度數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)等功能。本文的系統(tǒng)提供了終端采集,路由規(guī)劃,數(shù)據(jù)中心監(jiān)測(cè),類(lèi)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)等一體的解決方案。
[Abstract]:The development of wireless sensor network technology has become the country's strategic objectives, related to emerging industries is the national key support.433MHz as the commonly used wireless data acquisition network band, is widely used in industry. But the natural reading of the wireless sensor network energy consumption, network design complexity, greatly influenced by the surroundings and other defects, limiting its application the range of wireless data acquisition system. This paper is the design of TI CC1110 RF chip and TI, based on SimpliciTI protocol, this paper completes the node node in a wireless sensor network hardware principle diagram design and PCB circuit board production, the hardware includes power management, JTAG interface circuit, RF module, the design of the PCB core board and the bottom of phase separation. In this paper, through the detailed analysis of the circuit, with the help of SmartRF Studio software testing communication quality The effective distance, such as under different power data transmission, data packet loss rate under the same power, the correct rate parameters of test show that the circuit has good RF parameters, but also on the mode of CC1110 chip under the power consumption of the actual test, that meet the demand of low power dissipation. Again, this paper draws on the characteristics of network topology and SimpliciTI protocol, proposes a cluster network structure based on SimpliciTI protocol. In this structure by downloading different programs on different nodes, respectively, to achieve information acquisition and transmission terminal node, routing node data forwarding, and data center according to receive data. Low power requirement of the system, the terminal node by sleep wake up the sensor network low power mode. The system can be used in the winter residential tenants room temperature collection, according to the application Special environment, design the appropriate node placement and routing planning, collecting temperature information through the temperature measurement module timing, sent to work all the time the routing node or the data center, displayed on the host computer and storage. In addition the PC has household information, household history temperature data query. This system provides the acquisition terminal, route planning, data center monitoring solution database services development.
