【摘要】:農(nóng)藥噴灑一直以來都是農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行病蟲害防治的有效手段,在我國,由于施藥技術(shù)的落后,農(nóng)藥利用率遠(yuǎn)低于國外發(fā)達(dá)國家,這不僅造成了農(nóng)藥的極大浪費(fèi),還對自然生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了諸多不良的影響。為改變這一現(xiàn)狀,變量施藥技術(shù)的研究被提上日程,其研究目標(biāo)是能夠根據(jù)不同作物不同生長階段的具體病蟲害狀況,實(shí)現(xiàn)按需施藥,以提高農(nóng)藥的使用效率,減少對環(huán)境造成的污染,推動我國農(nóng)業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。課題結(jié)合江蘇科技支撐計(jì)劃“噴桿變換技術(shù)及其多功能農(nóng)藥對靶噴霧機(jī)研制(BE2012383)”以及江蘇省農(nóng)機(jī)三新工程項(xiàng)“多功能變噴桿智能噴霧機(jī)研制NJ2014-11”,對多功能變噴桿噴霧機(jī)及其變噴量施藥控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,完成了以下工作:(1)完成了多功能變噴桿噴霧機(jī)智能控制系統(tǒng)的研發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了該機(jī)具的工作形態(tài)和高度的控制與調(diào)節(jié),且設(shè)計(jì)了精確對靶施藥控制電路,并對整個系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,為在該機(jī)具上研發(fā)智能變量供藥系統(tǒng)及控制系統(tǒng)提供了基礎(chǔ)。(2)在分析變噴桿噴霧機(jī)變量施藥控制系統(tǒng)整體設(shè)計(jì)思路的基礎(chǔ)上,研究確定了供藥系統(tǒng)方案,并通過分析比較,確定了其控制系統(tǒng)算法。(3)設(shè)計(jì)了變噴桿噴霧機(jī)變量施藥的供藥系統(tǒng),并根據(jù)該機(jī)具變量施藥的具體要求分析確定了供藥系統(tǒng)中各主要液壓元器件及檢測裝置的型號。(4)根據(jù)變噴桿噴霧機(jī)變量施藥的控制要求,在對關(guān)鍵電路進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了變量施藥系統(tǒng)的控制電路板;闡述了控制軟件的設(shè)計(jì)編寫思路,并按照該思路進(jìn)行了控制程序的設(shè)計(jì)。(5)搭建了變噴桿噴霧機(jī)變量施藥系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)平臺,獲取了相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),利用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了擬合,最后通過BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)測結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的對比,驗(yàn)證了該算法在變噴桿噴霧機(jī)變量施藥控制系統(tǒng)中的可行性。
[Abstract]:Pesticide spraying has always been an effective means of agricultural pest control in China, because of the backward application technology, pesticide utilization rate is far lower than developed countries, which not only caused a great waste of pesticides. In order to change this situation, the study of variable pesticide application technology has been put on the agenda. The aim of this study is to improve the efficiency of pesticide use and reduce the environmental pollution according to the specific pest and disease status of different crops at different growth stages. To promote the benign development of agriculture in China. The subject combines with Jiangsu science and technology support plan "the technology of injection pole shift and the development of multi-function pesticide target sprayer" (BE2012383). "and Jiangsu province agricultural machinery three new project" multi-function variable injection rod intelligent sprayer development NJ2014-11 "." The multi-function variable injection rod sprayer and its variable injection amount spraying control system were studied. The following work was completed: 1) the intelligent control system of the multi-function variable injection rod sprayer was developed. The control and adjustment of the working form and height of the machine are realized, and the precise control circuit of target application is designed, and the whole system is tested and verified. This paper provides a basis for the research and development of intelligent variable feed system and control system on this machine. On the basis of analyzing the overall design idea of variable spraying control system of variable injection rod sprayer, the scheme of the feeding system is studied and determined. Through the analysis and comparison, the control system algorithm is determined. (3) the variable spraying system of variable injection rod sprayer is designed. And according to the specific requirements of variable application of the machine, the main hydraulic components and the type of the testing device in the feeding system are determined according to the variable application requirements of the variable spraying machine. Based on the detailed analysis of the key circuits, the control circuit board of the variable spraying system is designed. The design idea of the control software is expounded, and the control program is designed according to this idea. The test platform of variable spraying system of variable injection bar sprayer is built, and the relevant experience data are obtained. The BP neural network algorithm is used to fit the data. Finally, the feasibility of the algorithm in variable application control system of variable sprayer is verified by comparing the prediction results of BP neural network with the experimental data.
