L環(huán)境模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系評價(jià)指標(biāo)研究

【摘要】:空間科技作為前沿性、創(chuàng)新性、挑戰(zhàn)性、引領(lǐng)性極強(qiáng)的戰(zhàn)略科技領(lǐng)域,將在國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用.環(huán)境模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室作為空間科技保障的核心,為航天器的整套任務(wù)過程中需要經(jīng)歷的地面環(huán)境、力學(xué)環(huán)境、空間環(huán)境等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的考驗(yàn)進(jìn)行環(huán)境模擬試驗(yàn),在航天器發(fā)射前檢測其可靠性,是每個(gè)航天器所必需的重要環(huán)節(jié),而環(huán)境模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室能力評判的關(guān)鍵則是實(shí)驗(yàn)室的質(zhì)量體系.質(zhì)量體系是實(shí)驗(yàn)室開展工作的基礎(chǔ),是國家認(rèn)證認(rèn)可監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)考核實(shí)驗(yàn)室能力的重要指標(biāo),是衡量實(shí)驗(yàn)室水平高低的關(guān)鍵性依據(jù).本文是通過研究國內(nèi)外實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系評價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系評價(jià)的問題,進(jìn)而以L環(huán)境模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室為依據(jù),構(gòu)建L環(huán)境模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系評價(jià)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用因子分析的方法建立L環(huán)境模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量體系評價(jià)模型,從而對實(shí)驗(yàn)室的質(zhì)量體系進(jìn)行評價(jià).運(yùn)用此模型,可以進(jìn)行行業(yè)內(nèi)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室間的比對,在行業(yè)內(nèi)對自身實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行定位,比較了解自身實(shí)驗(yàn)室的優(yōu)勢與不足,從而進(jìn)行改進(jìn)以提高實(shí)驗(yàn)室的整體能力.也可以對實(shí)驗(yàn)室的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行評價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)不足,及時(shí)彌補(bǔ),為空間科技提供強(qiáng)有力的質(zhì)量保障.
[Abstract]:As a leading, innovative, challenging and leading strategic field of science and technology, space science and technology will play a more and more important role in the process of national innovation-driven development. As the core of space science and technology support, environmental simulation laboratory carries out environmental simulation test for the test of ground environment, mechanical environment, space environment and other links that need to be experienced in the whole mission process of spacecraft. It is an important link for each spacecraft to test its reliability before launch, and the key to evaluate the ability of environmental simulation laboratory is the quality system of the laboratory. The quality system is the basis of the laboratory work, is an important index of the National Certification and Accreditation Supervision and Administration Committee to assess the laboratory ability, and is the key basis to measure the level of the laboratory. By studying the present situation of laboratory quality system evaluation at home and abroad, this paper finds out the problems of laboratory quality system evaluation, and then constructs the evaluation index of L environment simulation laboratory quality system on the basis of L environment simulation laboratory, and establishes the evaluation model of L environment simulation laboratory quality system by using the method of factor analysis, so as to evaluate the laboratory quality system. By using this model, we can compare the laboratories in the industry, locate their own laboratories in the industry, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of their own laboratories, so as to improve the overall ability of the laboratories. It can also evaluate all aspects of the laboratory, find deficiencies, make up for them in time, and provide strong quality assurance for space science and technology.
