直覺模糊信息系統(tǒng)上概念格的構(gòu)造與約簡

【摘要】:概念格理論,亦稱形式概念分析,由德國數(shù)學(xué)家Wille R.于1982年提出,是一種高效的處理數(shù)據(jù)分析和知識發(fā)現(xiàn)的數(shù)學(xué)工具.自上世紀(jì)九十年代以來,它在理論上不斷完善,在應(yīng)用上廣泛擴(kuò)展,已逐漸成為人工智能學(xué)科的重要研究對象.目前,概念格理論已被廣泛應(yīng)用于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、知識獲取、信息檢索、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、粒計(jì)算、軟件工程等領(lǐng)域.最初的形式概念分析主要是針對經(jīng)典的形式背景,但是在現(xiàn)實(shí)很多問題中,對象和屬性的關(guān)系往往是模糊不確定的,于是經(jīng)典概念格被推廣到模糊概念格.由于直覺模糊關(guān)系更能客觀細(xì)膩地刻畫現(xiàn)實(shí)世界的模糊性,所以將經(jīng)典的形式背景擴(kuò)充到直覺模糊形式背景,研究直覺模糊形式背景下的概念格在實(shí)際決策中有著更為重要的意義.本文首先利用優(yōu)勢關(guān)系將直覺模糊信息系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)化成經(jīng)典形式背景,并在該形式背景上定義了一對算子,構(gòu)造了直覺模糊信息系統(tǒng)上的概念格,給出了直覺模糊信息系統(tǒng)上概念格的屬性約簡方法;其次基于直覺模糊形式背景,利用擬陣圈構(gòu)造了直覺模糊T-概念格,并用可辨識矩陣對直覺模糊T-概念格進(jìn)行屬性約簡;最后從協(xié)調(diào)直覺模糊決策形式背景出發(fā),定義了協(xié)調(diào)直覺模糊決策形式背景,給出了協(xié)調(diào)直覺模糊決策形式背景的屬性約簡方法,并進(jìn)行了規(guī)則提取.
[Abstract]:The concept lattice theory, also known as formal concept analysis, was analyzed by German mathematician Wille R. Proposed in 1982, it is an efficient mathematical tool for data analysis and knowledge discovery. Since the 1990s, it has been constantly improved in theory and widely expanded in application, and has gradually become an important research object of artificial intelligence. At present, concept lattice theory has been widely used in data mining, knowledge acquisition, information retrieval, machine learning, grain computing, software engineering and other fields. The initial formal concept analysis is mainly aimed at the classical formal background, but in many practical problems, the relationship between object and attribute is often fuzzy uncertain, so the classical concept lattice is extended to fuzzy concept lattice. Because the intuitionistic fuzzy relation can depict the fuzziness of the real world more objectively and meticulously, the classical formal background is extended to the intuitionistic fuzzy formal background. It is more important to study the concept lattice under the background of intuitionistic fuzzy form in practical decision-making. In this paper, the intuitionistic fuzzy information system is transformed into the classical formal background by using the dominance relation, and a pair of operators are defined on the formal background, and the concept lattice on the intuitionistic fuzzy information system is constructed. The attribute reduction method of concept lattice on intuitionistic fuzzy information system is given. Secondly, based on the intuitionistic fuzzy formal background, the intuitionistic fuzzy T-concept lattice is constructed by using the matrix circle, and the attribute reduction of the intuitionistic fuzzy T-concept lattice is carried out by using the identifiable matrix. Finally, based on the formal background of coordinated intuitionistic fuzzy decision, the formal background of coordinated intuitionistic fuzzy decision is defined, the attribute reduction method of coordinated intuitionistic fuzzy decision form background is given, and the rules are extracted.
