【摘要】：醫(yī)療電子病歷系統(tǒng)作為中國(guó)醫(yī)療信息化建設(shè)的核心,關(guān)注其采納與擴(kuò)散機(jī)理,對(duì)推進(jìn)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息化建設(shè),以及實(shí)現(xiàn)有意義地使用具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義�；谠颇鲜�222家醫(yī)院信息化建設(shè)的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用半?yún)?shù)生存分析法即Cox回歸模型探討醫(yī)院采納電子病歷系統(tǒng)的影響因素及擴(kuò)散機(jī)理。研究表明,教學(xué)狀態(tài)、醫(yī)院規(guī)模和建院時(shí)間均為有利因素,即這三個(gè)因素積極促進(jìn)醫(yī)院采納電子病歷系統(tǒng);時(shí)間×規(guī)模為不利因素,即它對(duì)醫(yī)院采納電子病歷系統(tǒng)有負(fù)向影響;地理位置在分層和刪減樣本的模型分析中均表現(xiàn)為不利因素;醫(yī)院等級(jí)影響并不明顯。
[Abstract]:As the core of China's medical information construction, the medical electronic medical record system is concerned with its adoption and diffusion mechanism, and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the construction of medical and health information and to realize the meaningful use. Based on the investigation data of 222 hospital information construction in Yunnan Province, the influence factors and the diffusion mechanism of the hospital's electronic medical record system were discussed by means of semi-parametric survival analysis (Cox regression model). The research shows that the state of teaching, the scale of the hospital and the time of the establishment of the hospital are the favorable factors, that is, the three factors actively promote the hospital's adoption of the electronic medical record system, the time and scale are the unfavorable factors, that is, it has a negative effect on the hospital's adoption of the electronic medical record system; The geographical location is a negative factor in the model analysis of the stratified and deleted samples; the effect of the hospital level is not obvious.
