【摘要】：目的對(duì)我國(guó)31個(gè)省市的中醫(yī)類醫(yī)院醫(yī)療服務(wù)效率進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),為相關(guān)部門(mén)優(yōu)化資源配置提供參考依據(jù)。方法運(yùn)用了DEA與RSR兩種方法進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 31個(gè)省市的中醫(yī)類醫(yī)院的綜合平均效率是0.917,總體有效19個(gè),非有效11個(gè),分別占總體評(píng)價(jià)單元的61.30%、38.70%,RSR評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果分為四檔,為"優(yōu)"的中醫(yī)類醫(yī)院有1122家,占醫(yī)院總數(shù)的30.06%。結(jié)論各省市的中醫(yī)類醫(yī)院總體醫(yī)療服務(wù)效率不高,非DEA有效的中醫(yī)類醫(yī)院存在投入冗余或產(chǎn)出不足情況,在今后還需相關(guān)部門(mén)加強(qiáng)區(qū)域衛(wèi)生規(guī)劃,同時(shí)醫(yī)院自身還需加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate comprehensively the medical service efficiency of Chinese medicine hospitals in 31 provinces and cities in China, and to provide reference basis for optimizing the allocation of resources in related departments. Methods two methods, DEA and RSR, were used for comprehensive evaluation. Results the comprehensive average efficiency of TCM hospitals in 31 provinces and cities was 0.917, the total effective was 19, and the non-effective was 11, accounting for 61.30% and 38.70% of the total evaluation units, respectively. The results of RSR evaluation were divided into four grades. There are 1122 "excellent" TCM hospitals, accounting for 30.06% of the total number of hospitals. Conclusion the overall medical service efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in provinces and cities is not high, and the non-DEA effective Chinese medicine hospitals have redundant input or insufficient output. In the future, relevant departments need to strengthen the regional health planning, and it is necessary for the relevant departments to strengthen the regional health planning in the future. At the same time, the hospital itself needs to strengthen the internal management.
