【摘要】：知識轉(zhuǎn)移過程是一個復(fù)雜的博弈過程,演化博弈論可以很好地解釋轉(zhuǎn)移主體行為�？紤]到傳統(tǒng)的演化博弈模型不能對知識轉(zhuǎn)移主體非理性心理因素及風(fēng)險偏好問題進(jìn)行有效解釋,本文將累積前景理論與演化博弈相結(jié)合,運用前景價值函數(shù)完善支付矩陣的部分參數(shù),分析博弈模型的演化穩(wěn)定策略。通過仿真模擬得出如下結(jié)論:知識轉(zhuǎn)移存在兩個演化穩(wěn)定策略;轉(zhuǎn)移策略由直接收益、轉(zhuǎn)移成本及前景損益等因素決定;轉(zhuǎn)移方的風(fēng)險損失對轉(zhuǎn)移策略影響較大,而接收方潛在收入對知識轉(zhuǎn)移策略影響較小。
[Abstract]:The process of knowledge transfer is a complex game process. Evolutionary game theory can explain the behavior of transfer subjects well. Considering that the traditional evolutionary game model can not effectively explain the irrational psychological factors and risk preference of knowledge transfer subjects, this paper combines cumulative prospect theory with evolutionary game theory. Using the foreground value function to perfect some parameters of the payment matrix, the evolutionary stability strategy of the game model is analyzed. The simulation results are as follows: there are two evolutionary stability strategies for knowledge transfer, which are determined by the factors such as direct income, transfer cost and prospect profit and loss, etc. The risk loss of the transferer has a great influence on the transfer strategy, while the potential income of the receiver has little effect on the knowledge transfer strategy.
