【摘要】：隨著反映個(gè)體位置信息的數(shù)據(jù)大量涌現(xiàn),人類(lèi)移動(dòng)行為的研究引起了業(yè)界學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。針對(duì)個(gè)體相遇預(yù)測(cè)問(wèn)題,使用用戶(hù)手機(jī)終端上網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生的會(huì)話(huà)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。首先基于用戶(hù)相遇關(guān)系進(jìn)行復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)建模,然后分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)特征,同時(shí)引入了用戶(hù)移動(dòng)性特征和上網(wǎng)行為特征,構(gòu)造基于隨機(jī)森林的預(yù)測(cè)模型,進(jìn)行個(gè)體相遇預(yù)測(cè)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,相比于傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)特征,通過(guò)引入用戶(hù)移動(dòng)性特征和上網(wǎng)行為特征,能夠顯著地提升預(yù)測(cè)性能。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of a large number of data reflecting individual location information, the research of human mobile behavior has attracted wide attention of scholars in the field. According to the prediction problem of individual encounter, the conversation data generated by the user's mobile phone terminal on the Internet is analyzed. Firstly, the complex network is modeled based on the user encounter relationship, and then the characteristics of network topology are analyzed. At the same time, the characteristics of user mobility and Internet access behavior are introduced, and a forecasting model based on random forest is constructed to predict the individual encounter. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional network topology features, the prediction performance can be significantly improved by introducing the characteristics of user mobility and Internet access behavior.
