【摘要】：實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)是中華民族在新的歷史時(shí)期的偉大愿景,以2001~2012年時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,基于中國(guó)夢(mèng)的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,分別從國(guó)家富強(qiáng)、民族振興和人民幸福三方面構(gòu)建了測(cè)度中國(guó)夢(mèng)進(jìn)程的指標(biāo),運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的投影尋蹤法(IPP)測(cè)算中國(guó)夢(mèng)進(jìn)程指數(shù);從科技人才、資金、創(chuàng)新成果和意識(shí)四方面構(gòu)建了驗(yàn)證"科技助力中國(guó)夢(mèng)"的指標(biāo),運(yùn)用偏最小二乘回歸(PLS)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明,中國(guó)夢(mèng)進(jìn)程指數(shù)總體呈穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì);科技四因素與中國(guó)夢(mèng)進(jìn)程呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,其中高素質(zhì)科技人才、RD人員、發(fā)明專利和產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)意識(shí)對(duì)中國(guó)夢(mèng)的推動(dòng)作用分別大于一般性科技人才、科技論文、RD經(jīng)費(fèi)和成果轉(zhuǎn)化。最后,基于實(shí)證分析結(jié)果剖析了"科技助力中國(guó)夢(mèng)"的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。
[Abstract]:Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation, is the great vision of the Chinese nation in the new historical period. Taking the time series data from 2001 to 2012 as a sample, based on the essential connotation of Chinese Dream, the Chinese nation will become rich and strong respectively. The index of Chinese Dream process is constructed in three aspects of national rejuvenation and people's happiness. Then the modified projection pursuit method (IPP) is used to measure Chinese Dream process index. This paper constructs the index of "Science and Technology aiding Chinese Dream" from four aspects of science and technology talents, funds, innovation achievements and consciousness, and makes an empirical analysis by partial least squares regression (PLS). The results showed that Chinese Dream process index showed a steady increasing trend on the whole; There is a positive correlation between the four factors of science and technology and the process of Chinese Dream. Among them, high-quality scientific and technological talents, RD personnel, invention patents and consciousness of property rights protection play more important role in promoting Chinese Dream than in general scientific and technological talents and scientific papers, respectively. RD funding and results conversion. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the realization path of Science and Technology aiding Chinese Dream.
