單一尺寸圓坯的無縫鋼管坯料設(shè)計模型與算法

【摘要】:無縫鋼管坯料設(shè)計是在滿足生產(chǎn)工藝要求下,將客戶訂單鋼管合理地分配到生產(chǎn)原料圓坯的過程.實際生產(chǎn)中的批量原則使得每個鋼管訂單在圓坯中有最小分配重量要求;由于無縫鋼管分配支數(shù)必須取整,導(dǎo)致鋼管訂單在圓坯中的分配重量并非連續(xù)取值.因此,比起相關(guān)的板坯設(shè)計問題和裝箱問題,無縫鋼管坯料設(shè)計的求解更為復(fù)雜.本文給出了無縫鋼管坯料設(shè)計問題的一般性描述,并建立了混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型.針對庫存中只有單一尺寸圓坯的情況,簡化了問題模型并且求得了問題的下界.結(jié)合問題特點,提出了基于貪婪策略的兩階段啟發(fā)式算法,并用實際生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)和仿真數(shù)據(jù)驗證了算法求解此類問題具有很好的有效性和穩(wěn)定性.
[Abstract]:The design of seamless steel tube billet is a process of reasonably distributing customer order steel tube to production raw material billet under the requirement of production technology. The principle of batch in actual production makes each steel tube order have the minimum distribution weight requirement in the round billet, and because the distribution number of seamless steel pipe must be rounded, the distribution weight of steel pipe order in the round billet is not continuously chosen. Therefore, the solution of seamless steel pipe blank design is more complex than the related slab design problem and packing problem. In this paper, a general description of the design problem of seamless steel tube billet is given, and a mixed integer programming model is established. The problem model is simplified and the lower bound of the problem is obtained. According to the characteristics of the problem, a two-stage heuristic algorithm based on greedy strategy is proposed, and the effectiveness and stability of the algorithm are verified by practical production data and simulation data.
