【摘要】：馬田系統(tǒng)是以馬氏距離為測(cè)量尺度,通過選取正常樣本構(gòu)建馬氏空間,對(duì)多元系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行診斷和預(yù)測(cè)的分類技術(shù)。馬氏距離對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)的變化非常敏感,因此用于構(gòu)建馬氏空間的正常樣本的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量直接影響到分類的準(zhǔn)確率。實(shí)際應(yīng)用中正常樣本的選取大多依據(jù)主觀經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷,缺乏客觀規(guī)范的選擇機(jī)制。本文提出基于控制圖的馬氏空間生成機(jī)理,先由專家選取的正常樣本構(gòu)建初始馬氏空間,再以每個(gè)正常樣品在初始馬氏空間和對(duì)應(yīng)的縮減馬氏空間上的馬氏距離增量作為新的測(cè)量尺度,以此建立單值控制圖,利用控制圖穩(wěn)定性判定規(guī)則剔除異常數(shù)據(jù),從而得到穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)的馬氏空間。實(shí)驗(yàn)分析結(jié)果表明該方法的有效性且提高了馬田系統(tǒng)分類的準(zhǔn)確率。
[Abstract]:The Martian system is a classification technique which uses Markov distance as the measurement scale and selects normal samples to construct the Markov space to diagnose and predict the multivariate system. Markov distance is very sensitive to the variation of sample data, so the quality of normal samples used to construct Markov space directly affects the accuracy of classification. In practical application, the selection of normal samples is mostly based on subjective experience, and lacks objective and normative selection mechanism. In this paper, the generating mechanism of Markov space based on control chart is proposed. First, the initial Markov space is constructed from the normal samples selected by experts. Then the increment of the Markov distance of each normal sample in the initial Markov space and the corresponding reduced Markov space is taken as the new measurement scale, and the single-value control chart is established, and the abnormal data is eliminated by using the stability rule of the control chart. The stable Markov space is obtained. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and improves the accuracy of classification.
