具有潛伏期和免疫應(yīng)答的HIV感染模型的全局穩(wěn)定性

【摘要】:本文考慮具有CTL免疫應(yīng)答和細(xì)胞內(nèi)部潛伏階段的HIV感染數(shù)學(xué)模型,得到其基本再生數(shù),通過構(gòu)造適用的Lyapunov函數(shù),研究該模型的健康平衡點(diǎn)和感染平衡點(diǎn)的穩(wěn)定性.當(dāng)基本再生數(shù)不大于1時(shí),健康平衡點(diǎn)在可行域上是全局穩(wěn)定的,即HIV在個(gè)體體內(nèi)最終滅絕;當(dāng)基本再生數(shù)大于1時(shí),模型存在惟一的感染平衡點(diǎn)在可行域上是全局穩(wěn)定的,即HIV在個(gè)體體內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)存在狀態(tài),且其濃度最終趨于一個(gè)常數(shù).
[Abstract]:In this paper, we consider the mathematical model of HIV infection with CTL immune response and latent phase in cells, and obtain its basic regeneration number. By constructing the suitable Lyapunov function, we study the stability of the healthy equilibrium point and the infection equilibrium point of the model. When the number of basic regeneration is less than 1, the health equilibrium is globally stable in the feasible region, that is, the HIV is extinct in the individual body. When the basic regeneration number is greater than 1, the unique infection equilibrium point of the model is globally stable in the feasible region, that is, the HIV is persistent in the individual body and its concentration tends to be a constant.
