【摘要】：重尾分布非預期損失估計值具有不可忽視的不確定性,為此,本文以操作風險度量為例,在Pareto分布下研究損失分布法度量誤差變動規(guī)律后發(fā)現(xiàn):隨著監(jiān)管資本變動,度量誤差變動具有非常高的敏感性,這意味著損失分布法度量誤差具有不可預測性;在度量誤差值域內(nèi),存在著多個極值風險狀態(tài)點,且當操作風險趨近于這些極值狀態(tài)點時,度量誤差會變得非常大(以致趨于無窮大),此時,無法準確評價度量結果的可靠性。被業(yè)界和理論界廣泛使用的損失分布法存在著重大缺陷。
[Abstract]:The estimated value of unanticipated loss in heavy-tailed distribution has unnegligible uncertainty. Therefore, taking operational risk measurement as an example, this paper studies the law of error variation of loss distribution method under Pareto distribution and finds that: with the change of regulatory capital, The variation of measurement error is highly sensitive, which means that the loss distribution method has unpredictability in measuring error. In the measurement error domain, there are multiple extreme risk state points, and when the operational risk approaches these extreme state points, the measurement error becomes very large (and tends to infinity). The reliability of measurement results cannot be evaluated accurately. The loss distribution method, which is widely used by the industry and the theorists, has great defects.
