【摘要】：猶豫模糊集是模糊集的一種新的擴(kuò)展,用以描述決策者給出數(shù)值評(píng)價(jià)信息而表現(xiàn)出猶豫的情形.猶豫模糊語(yǔ)言術(shù)語(yǔ)集是在猶豫模糊集的思想基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)單個(gè)語(yǔ)言術(shù)語(yǔ)的推廣,用以描述決策者給出語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)信息而表現(xiàn)出猶豫的情形.對(duì)偶猶豫模糊集是猶豫模糊集的推廣形式.猶豫模糊語(yǔ)言術(shù)語(yǔ)集和對(duì)偶猶豫模糊集能很好的描述決策者猶豫時(shí)的不確定決策信息,因此在決策理論與應(yīng)用方面都取得了大量研究成果.本文研究了猶豫模糊語(yǔ)言術(shù)語(yǔ)集的比較方法和考慮決策者心理行為的猶豫模糊語(yǔ)言信息的多屬性決策方法;研究了對(duì)偶猶豫模糊元素的比較方法和屬性之間具有優(yōu)先級(jí)別關(guān)系的對(duì)偶猶豫模糊信息的多屬性決策方法.文章結(jié)構(gòu)安排如下:第一章,主要介紹基于猶豫模糊語(yǔ)言術(shù)語(yǔ)集的多屬性決策方法的研究背景和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,基于對(duì)偶猶豫模糊集的多屬性決策方法的研究背景和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及本文的主要研究成果.第二章,研究猶豫模糊語(yǔ)言術(shù)語(yǔ)集的比較方法和基于猶豫模糊語(yǔ)言信息的多屬性決策方法.提出一個(gè)新的得分函數(shù)和一種比較方法,通過與現(xiàn)有方法進(jìn)行比較,說明了所提方法的有效性和合理性.在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的交互式多屬性決策方法進(jìn)行了推廣,用以解決猶豫模糊語(yǔ)言信息下的多屬性決策問題.最后用一個(gè)選擇最優(yōu)的通訊服務(wù)提供商的實(shí)例說明了提出的決策方法的有效性和實(shí)用性.第三章,研究對(duì)偶猶豫模糊元素的比較方法及其在屬性間有優(yōu)先級(jí)別關(guān)系的對(duì)偶猶豫模糊信息多屬性決策問題中的應(yīng)用.首先,提出了對(duì)偶猶豫模糊元素的一個(gè)修正的得分函數(shù)和一種比較方法,通過與現(xiàn)有的對(duì)偶猶豫模糊元素的得分函數(shù)和比較方法進(jìn)行比較,說明了其有效性和合理性.其次,結(jié)合提出的對(duì)偶猶豫模糊元素的修正的得分函數(shù)和推廣的dice相似測(cè)度,提出了屬性之間有優(yōu)先級(jí)別關(guān)系的對(duì)偶猶豫模糊信息多屬性決策方法.最后,用實(shí)例說明了該決策方法的有效性和實(shí)用性.
[Abstract]:The hesitating fuzzy set is a new extension of the fuzzy set, which is used to describe the situation in which the decision maker gives the numerical evaluation information and shows hesitation. On the basis of the idea of hesitant fuzzy set, the set of hesitant fuzzy terms is a generalization of a single language term, which is used to describe the situation in which the decision maker gives the linguistic evaluation information and shows hesitancy. Dual hesitating fuzzy set is a generalization of hesitant fuzzy set. The terms set of hesitating fuzzy language and dual hesitation fuzzy set can describe the uncertain decision information when the decision maker hesitates well, so a lot of research results have been obtained in the field of decision theory and application. This paper studies the comparison method of hesitant fuzzy language terminology set and the multi-attribute decision making method which takes into account the psychological behavior of decision makers. The comparison method of dual hesitation fuzzy elements and the multi-attribute decision making method of dual hesitation fuzzy information with priority relation between attributes are studied. The structure of the paper is arranged as follows: in Chapter 1, the research background and development status of multi-attribute decision making method based on hesitating fuzzy language terminology set and the research background and development status of multi-attribute decision making method based on dual hesitation fuzzy set are introduced. And the main research results of this paper. In the second chapter, the comparison method of hesitant fuzzy language terminology set and the multiple attribute decision making method based on hesitant fuzzy language information are studied. A new score function and a comparison method are proposed, and the validity and rationality of the proposed method are illustrated by comparing it with the existing methods. On this basis, the traditional interactive multi-attribute decision making method is extended to solve the multi-attribute decision making problem with hesitant fuzzy language information. Finally, an example of selecting the optimal communication service provider is given to illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed decision making method. In chapter 3, we study the comparison method of dual hesitation fuzzy elements and its application in the dual hesitation fuzzy information multi-attribute decision making problem. First of all, a modified score function and a comparison method for dual hesitation fuzzy elements are proposed. The validity and rationality of these two methods are illustrated by comparing them with the existing ones. Secondly, combined with the modified score function of dual hesitation fuzzy elements and the extended dice similarity measure, a dual hesitation fuzzy information multi-attribute decision making method with precedence level relationship between attributes is proposed. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
