基于多平臺(tái)銀行預(yù)約排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)的研究與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Nowadays, bank queuing has become a very common phenomenon in daily life, but bank customers are generally dissatisfied with the phenomenon of banks waiting in line for a long time. Long queues not only reduce the experience of users, but also increase the loss rate of bank customers. Although it is now possible to get a ticket through a queuing machine to go to the bank's business hall, this tradition must go to the bank's business hall, and there is still some trouble in the way of making a business reservation. In order to solve the problem of bank reservation queuing, the author takes the rural credit cooperative as an example to put forward a set of Wap website of Android,IOS, mobile phone and Web website of PC terminal. PC applications and WeChat Public platform-based multi-platform banking reservation queuing system. The system is mainly divided into: registration, login, bank network query, ATM query, business reservation queuing, path navigation and complaint advice and many other functions. The bank reservation queuing system based on multi-platform is divided into two parts: client and server. The Android and IOS in the client are developed by using the latest HTML5 and HTML5 language, and through the Hbuilde r platform. With the help of the built-in Baidu map, the functions of user positioning, ATM and bank node query, path navigation and so on are realized. Using cloud packaging one-click to achieve mobile phone client cross-platform development and near native perfection. The mobile phone wap website, PC Web website, PC application program and service end are implemented by C # language and. Net technology. Even if the mobile phone wap website is outdoors, it can still be downloaded without downloading any client, just open the mobile phone website, still can see the interface similar to the client, suitable for different kinds of mobile phone screen pages, The current popular method not only avoids the problem of mobile phone compatibility, but also alleviates the problem of downloading and installing all kinds of APP to occupy mobile phone memory. And the development of the PC application, such winform, is mainly for the convenience of still going to the business hall at present, or the middle and old people of age, just click on one button in the bank hall, or through the help of the lobby manager in the business hall. The same queuing mode can be realized by using the PC application of the queueing station machine. In this multi-platform system, the most popular WeChat public platform is also used. The API published by WeChat adopts a layered and modular design, so that users can easily book a queue with only one click of attention. Through the use of ECS, the server can flexibly shrink the processing power of the system, simple and efficient, safe and reliable. This project not only establishes a more intuitive and easy to understand model through PowerDesigner modeling tool, but also optimizes the database design of bank reservation queuing system, and creates a conceptual data model for multi-platform bank reservation queuing information system. The multi-platform bank reservation queuing system can fundamentally solve the needs of different groups of people, using different equipment, different age groups.
