基于多平臺(tái)銀行預(yù)約排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:如今銀行排隊(duì)在日常生活中已經(jīng)成為一種很普遍的現(xiàn)象,但銀行客戶普遍對(duì)銀行辦理業(yè)務(wù)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間排隊(duì)等待的現(xiàn)象感到不滿。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的排隊(duì)等待不僅降低用戶的體驗(yàn)感,更增大了銀行客戶的流失率。雖然如今去銀行營(yíng)業(yè)廳辦理業(yè)務(wù)也可以通過排隊(duì)機(jī)取得號(hào)票,但這種傳統(tǒng)必須前往銀行營(yíng)業(yè)大廳,無法進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)約的方式仍有一定的麻煩。針對(duì)銀行預(yù)約排隊(duì)的問題,筆者根據(jù)實(shí)際工作需要,以農(nóng)村信用合作社為例,提出了一套包括Android、IOS、手機(jī)Wap網(wǎng)站、PC端Web網(wǎng)站、PC應(yīng)用程序和微信公眾平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ)的多平臺(tái)銀行預(yù)約排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)。本套系統(tǒng)主要分為:注冊(cè)、登錄、銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)查詢、ATM查詢、業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)約排隊(duì)、路徑導(dǎo)航和投訴建議等眾多功能。基于多平臺(tái)的銀行預(yù)約排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)分為客戶端和服務(wù)器端兩部分。客戶端中的Android和IOS通過采用最新的HTML5和HTML5+語言,通過Hbuilde r平臺(tái)進(jìn)行開發(fā),借助內(nèi)置百度地圖實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶定位、ATM和銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)查詢、路徑導(dǎo)航等功能,采用云打包一鍵實(shí)現(xiàn)手機(jī)客戶端的跨平臺(tái)開發(fā)和近乎原生的完美性。手機(jī)wap網(wǎng)站、PC Web網(wǎng)站、PC應(yīng)用程序和服務(wù)端都是采用C#語言和.net技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)。其中手機(jī)wap網(wǎng)站即使在戶外,依舊可以無需下載任何客戶端,只需打開手機(jī)網(wǎng)站,仍能看到與客戶端相似的界面,適合各類不同手機(jī)屏幕的頁面,立刻進(jìn)行快速便捷的預(yù)約排隊(duì)功能,這種目前較為流行的方法不僅避免了手機(jī)兼容性的問題,更能緩解下載并安裝各類APP占用手機(jī)內(nèi)存的問題。而PC應(yīng)用程序這種winform的開發(fā),主要是為了方便目前仍喜歡前往營(yíng)業(yè)廳,或上了年齡的中老年人,只需在銀行大廳內(nèi)一鍵點(diǎn)擊,或通過營(yíng)業(yè)大廳內(nèi)大堂經(jīng)理的幫助,便可利用排隊(duì)叫號(hào)機(jī)上的PC應(yīng)用程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)相同的排隊(duì)叫號(hào)方式。在本套多平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)中還采用了目前最為流行的微信公眾平臺(tái),通過微信發(fā)布的API采用分層和模塊化的設(shè)計(jì),使用戶只需一鍵關(guān)注即可輕松預(yù)約排隊(duì)。服務(wù)器通過使用ECS,使本套系統(tǒng)的處理能力能夠彈性收縮,且簡(jiǎn)單高效,安全可靠。本項(xiàng)目通過PowerDesigner建模工具不僅建立了更加直觀和易于理解的模型,更優(yōu)化了銀行預(yù)約排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì),為多平臺(tái)銀行預(yù)約排隊(duì)的信息系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)概念化的數(shù)據(jù)模型。本套多平臺(tái)銀行預(yù)約排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)能從根本上解決各類不同人群,使用不同設(shè)備,不同年齡段用戶的需求。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, bank queuing has become a very common phenomenon in daily life, but bank customers are generally dissatisfied with the phenomenon of banks waiting in line for a long time. Long queues not only reduce the experience of users, but also increase the loss rate of bank customers. Although it is now possible to get a ticket through a queuing machine to go to the bank's business hall, this tradition must go to the bank's business hall, and there is still some trouble in the way of making a business reservation. In order to solve the problem of bank reservation queuing, the author takes the rural credit cooperative as an example to put forward a set of Wap website of Android,IOS, mobile phone and Web website of PC terminal. PC applications and WeChat Public platform-based multi-platform banking reservation queuing system. The system is mainly divided into: registration, login, bank network query, ATM query, business reservation queuing, path navigation and complaint advice and many other functions. The bank reservation queuing system based on multi-platform is divided into two parts: client and server. The Android and IOS in the client are developed by using the latest HTML5 and HTML5 language, and through the Hbuilde r platform. With the help of the built-in Baidu map, the functions of user positioning, ATM and bank node query, path navigation and so on are realized. Using cloud packaging one-click to achieve mobile phone client cross-platform development and near native perfection. The mobile phone wap website, PC Web website, PC application program and service end are implemented by C # language and. Net technology. Even if the mobile phone wap website is outdoors, it can still be downloaded without downloading any client, just open the mobile phone website, still can see the interface similar to the client, suitable for different kinds of mobile phone screen pages, The current popular method not only avoids the problem of mobile phone compatibility, but also alleviates the problem of downloading and installing all kinds of APP to occupy mobile phone memory. And the development of the PC application, such winform, is mainly for the convenience of still going to the business hall at present, or the middle and old people of age, just click on one button in the bank hall, or through the help of the lobby manager in the business hall. The same queuing mode can be realized by using the PC application of the queueing station machine. In this multi-platform system, the most popular WeChat public platform is also used. The API published by WeChat adopts a layered and modular design, so that users can easily book a queue with only one click of attention. Through the use of ECS, the server can flexibly shrink the processing power of the system, simple and efficient, safe and reliable. This project not only establishes a more intuitive and easy to understand model through PowerDesigner modeling tool, but also optimizes the database design of bank reservation queuing system, and creates a conceptual data model for multi-platform bank reservation queuing information system. The multi-platform bank reservation queuing system can fundamentally solve the needs of different groups of people, using different equipment, different age groups.
