【摘要】：張量的分解在信號處理、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)值分析和神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)科學(xué)等領(lǐng)域有著重要的應(yīng)用。本文主要考慮Max半環(huán)上張量的分解及其相關(guān)問題。首先,給出例子說明在Max半環(huán)上滿秩的矩陣并不能在矩陣與張量的乘法中保持張量的秩不變。利用數(shù)學(xué)歸納法證明能夠在矩陣和張量的乘法中保持張量秩不變的矩陣為廣義置換陣。其次,給出例子指出Max半環(huán)上的對稱矩陣并不一定存在對稱分解。進(jìn)而詳細(xì)地討論Max半環(huán)上對稱張量的分解,并且給出對稱張量存在對稱分解的充要條件。當(dāng)對稱張量存在對稱分解時,通過構(gòu)造的方法給出一種分解。最后,討論Hankel張量的Vandermonde分解及Vandermonde秩。由于Max半環(huán)上的Hankel張量并不總是存在Vandermonde分解,所以給出Hankel張量存在Vandermonde分解的充要條件。當(dāng)Hankel張量存在Vandermonde分解時,構(gòu)造出一種分解。進(jìn)一步,當(dāng)Hankel張量存在Vandermonde分解時,給出Hankel張量Vandermonde秩的刻畫。
[Abstract]:Zhang Liang's decomposition plays an important role in signal processing, data mining, numerical analysis and neuroscience. In this paper, we consider the decomposition of Zhang Liang over Max semirings and its related problems. Firstly, an example is given to show that a matrix with full rank over a Max semiring can not keep the rank of Zhang Liang unchanged in the multiplication of a matrix with Zhang Liang. By means of mathematical induction, it is proved that the matrix which can keep the rank invariant of Zhang Liang in the matrix and Zhang Liang's multiplication is a generalized permutation matrix. Secondly, an example is given to show that symmetric matrices over Max semirings do not necessarily have symmetric decomposition. Furthermore, the decomposition of symmetric Zhang Liang over Max semirings is discussed in detail, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of symmetric decompositions are given. When symmetric Zhang Liang has symmetric decomposition, a kind of decomposition is given by the method of construction. Finally, the Vandermonde decomposition and Vandermonde rank of Hankel Zhang Liang are discussed. Because Hankel Zhang Liang on Max semirings does not always have Vandermonde decomposition, the necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of Vandermonde decomposition for Hankel Zhang Liang is given. When Hankel Zhang Liang has Vandermonde decomposition, a decomposition is constructed. Furthermore, when Hankel Zhang Liang has Vandermonde decomposition, the rank of Hankel Zhang Liang Vandermonde is described.
