考慮滿意度成本的FAP不定參數(shù)TSFMO供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計

【摘要】:針對生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品(Fresh Agricultural Product,FAP)配送過程中的多設(shè)施選址問題,提出一種考慮滿意度及追溯成本的生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品不定參數(shù)兩階段模糊多目標(Two Stage Fuzzy Multi-Objective,TSFMO)供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計方法。首先,基于生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品特點,不僅考慮傳統(tǒng)運輸成本和固定設(shè)施位置成本,同時還考慮廢物和廢品處理成本及追溯成本,并建立滿意度衰減函數(shù)來表達供應(yīng)鏈中成員的滿意度,提高模型的適應(yīng)性;其次,針對經(jīng)濟環(huán)境變化,設(shè)置模糊參數(shù)的FAP供應(yīng)鏈模型,同時為獲得最優(yōu)解,利用兩階段概率線性規(guī)劃進行求解,提升優(yōu)化效果;最后,通過實驗顯示,所提算法在具有最優(yōu)優(yōu)化目標值情況下,僅需6.3 s完成優(yōu)化過程,體現(xiàn)了算法較高的計算精度和效率。
[Abstract]:A two-stage fuzzy multi-objective (Two Stage Fuzzy Multi-Objective,TSFMO (Two Stage Fuzzy Multi-Objective,TSFMO) supply chain design method for fresh agricultural products with uncertain parameters considering satisfaction and traceability was proposed to solve the problem of multi-facility location in the distribution of fresh agricultural products (Fresh Agricultural Product,FAP). Firstly, based on the characteristics of fresh agricultural products, not only traditional transportation costs and fixed facility location costs are considered, but also waste and waste disposal costs and traceability costs are considered, and satisfaction attenuation function is established to express the satisfaction of supply chain members. Secondly, the FAP supply chain model with fuzzy parameters is set according to the change of economic environment. In order to obtain the optimal solution, two-stage probabilistic linear programming is used to improve the optimization effect. Finally, the experiment shows that, The proposed algorithm only needs 6.3 s to complete the optimization process with the optimal target value, which reflects the high accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm.
