混料試驗的擬分量變換設計

【摘要】:在混料試驗中有兩類重要的設計,分別是最優(yōu)設計與均勻設計.為了構(gòu)造一類能兼顧最優(yōu)性與均勻性的混料設計,本文在Scheffe型設計的基礎上提出了混料擬分量變換設計.首先定義了填充格子點集并討論了它的相關性質(zhì),然后以填充格子點集作為NT-net用于度量點集的均勻程度,證明了對稱區(qū)域內(nèi)的中心壓縮擬分量變換設計最均勻,以及D-,A-最優(yōu)設計的擬分量變換設計具有最優(yōu)性不變的性質(zhì).通過實例分析,驗證了擬分過變換設計的有效性,并且這種設計能保證在變換區(qū)域內(nèi)的最優(yōu)性以及整體區(qū)域的均勻性.這種方法所建立的模型與真實模型更接近,更穩(wěn)健.
[Abstract]:There are two important types of design in mixing test, one is optimal design and the other is uniform design. In order to construct a kind of mixture design which can give consideration to both optimality and uniformity, this paper presents a quasi-component transformation design of mixture based on Scheffe type design. In this paper, we first define the set of filled lattice points and discuss its related properties. Then we use the set of filled lattice points as NT-net to measure the uniformity of the set of points, and prove that the center compression quasi component transform design in symmetric region is the most uniform. And the quasi-component transformation design of D-A- optimal design has the property of optimality invariance. An example is given to verify the validity of the design, and this design can guarantee the optimality in the transform region and the uniformity of the whole region. The model established by this method is closer to the real model and more robust.
