【摘要】：為探究新媒體時代,宣傳教育對艾滋病在MSM(男男性行為接觸者)群體中的防控效果,在建立一類MSM群體艾滋病傳播模型的基礎上引入媒體因子,并針對這類模型進行理論分析.通過模型計算,得出在無媒體干預下,MSM群體艾滋病傳播的基本再生數(shù)R0=4.59;在不同措施中,宣傳安全套的使用比其他宣傳策略更加有效,且提高與固定性伴安全套使用率對R0影響更大.同時,得出MSM人群中有36.7%的艾滋病感染者未被發(fā)現(xiàn),而每年新增感染者中有51.3%是被這些沒有被發(fā)現(xiàn)的感染者所傳染,利用新媒體加強對MSM群體艾滋病預防的宣傳教育可有效控制HIV的進一步蔓延.
[Abstract]:In order to explore the effect of propaganda and education on the prevention and control of AIDS in MSM (men who have sex with men) in the new media era, the media factors were introduced on the basis of the establishment of a class of HIV / AIDS transmission models among MSM groups, and the theoretical analysis was carried out on these models. Through the model calculation, the basic reproduction number of HIV / AIDS transmission in MSM population without media intervention was found to be R0 / 4.59. In different measures, condom use was more effective than other propaganda strategies. And increased condom use with fixed partners had a greater impact on R0. At the same time, it is concluded that 36.7% of the MSM population has not been found, and 51.3% of the new HIV infections are infected by these undetected people every year. The use of new media to strengthen the MSM community AIDS prevention publicity and education can effectively control the further spread of HIV.
