節(jié)點屬性的功能腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接方法比較研究

【摘要】:為了比較構(gòu)建功能腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)時,不同功能連接定義方法所構(gòu)建腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可信度,彌補傳統(tǒng)方法忽略網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特征的不足,提出了基于節(jié)點屬性,通過多種網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)屬性,研究不同功能連接定義方法所構(gòu)建功能腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)差異的方法,比較功能腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可靠性。實驗結(jié)果說明,本方法對衡量網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接定義之優(yōu)劣非常有效。此外,實驗結(jié)果還表明對于使用皮爾遜相關(guān)、偏相關(guān)與小波相關(guān)方法所構(gòu)建功能腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)邊的可靠性而言,皮爾遜方法優(yōu)于小波相關(guān)方法,偏相關(guān)方法略差于小波相關(guān)方法。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the reliability of the brain network constructed by different functional connection definition methods, and to make up for the deficiency of traditional methods ignoring the characteristics of network structure, this paper proposes a method based on node attributes, which is based on a variety of network structure attributes. To compare the reliability of functional brain networks (FBNs), the differences between functional brain networks (FNs) constructed by different functional connectivity definitions (FCCs) were studied. The experimental results show that this method is very effective to measure the advantages and disadvantages of network connection definition. In addition, the experimental results also show that the Pearson method is superior to the wavelet correlation method in terms of the reliability of the functional brain network edge constructed by the wavelet correlation method, and the partial correlation method is slightly inferior to the wavelet correlation method.
