基于DHP算法的集中供熱系統(tǒng)熱源優(yōu)化控制

【摘要】:集中供熱系統(tǒng)是1個復(fù)雜的多輸入多輸出系統(tǒng),具有非線性、強(qiáng)耦合、時變和大滯后等特點,采用經(jīng)典控制理論和現(xiàn)代控制理論很難在保證供熱質(zhì)量的前提下,實現(xiàn)節(jié)能、減排的優(yōu)化控制目標(biāo)。自適應(yīng)動態(tài)規(guī)劃(ADP)是人工智能和控制學(xué)科發(fā)展交匯的新方法,提出了解決大規(guī)模復(fù)雜非線性系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化控制問題的方法。在分析集中供熱系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,建立熱源總熱量生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化問題的數(shù)學(xué)描述,利用雙啟發(fā)式動態(tài)規(guī)劃(DHP)算法和質(zhì)量并調(diào)的控制策略求解,獲得熱源供水流量和供水溫度的優(yōu)化設(shè)定值。仿真結(jié)果表明,此方法可以實現(xiàn)熱源處總熱量生產(chǎn)問題的優(yōu)化控制,并能求出其相應(yīng)的供水溫度和供水流量的最優(yōu)控制量,達(dá)到供需匹配和節(jié)能降耗的目的。
[Abstract]:The central heating system is a complex multi-input and multi-output system, which has the characteristics of nonlinear, strong coupling, time-varying and large delay. It is difficult to realize energy saving by using classical control theory and modern control theory under the premise of ensuring the heating quality. Optimal control targets for emission reduction. Adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) is a new method for the development of artificial intelligence and control. Based on the analysis of the operation mechanism of the central heating system, the mathematical description of the optimization problem of the total heat production of the heat source is established, and the solution of the optimization problem is solved by using the double heuristic dynamic programming (DHP) algorithm and the quality adjustment control strategy. The optimal setting values of heat supply flow and water temperature are obtained. The simulation results show that this method can realize the optimal control of the total heat production problem in the heat source, and the optimal control quantity of the corresponding water supply temperature and water flow can be obtained, and the purpose of matching supply and demand and saving energy and reducing consumption can be achieved.
